Well, just living life, going about my daily task in business and going out in the community, I notice many people have these frowns on their faces. They look doom and gloom kind of a frown on their face. Some of you know what I'm talking about. Maybe you saw that face this morning in the mirror. But whatever is going on, it is affecting the entire climate, inner climate of human consciousness. And it is sad because the more you frown, you know, the wrinkles start setting in. And I've seen it even in younger people. And I'm thinking, this is not right. Something is amiss here. We need to dig a little bit deeper and find out how we can help people. How can we serve? I'm always looking for a better way to serve people because that's my heart. Well, shouldn't I just say that's God's heart? And God so loved that He gave. God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son that whosoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. So this Christ-centered consciousness of caring and serving should never leave us because I truly believe that a lot of the stress, a lot of the problems that we're seeing come forth even in people's demeanor and in their facial expression and ultimately their health is because they're not serving from that highest place. And we become self-serving in so many ways, which we should take care of ourselves, but self-serving in a way that we're thinking about the problems, we're thinking about what happened last week, what happened there, what happened here, instead of focusing on solutions, as I said before, and focusing on the things, better ways to serve. How could I have navigated this better? What conditions produce that solution? And I don't like the solution, so let me change that condition. Let me begin to respond to this person in a different way. Let me begin to handle this person in a different way. Sometimes, many times, we need to do self-assessment. And self-assessment is simply looking at your life and say, how did I get here? Which moment brought me here? What pivotal point, what aha even moment brought me here? If I don't like where I am, then I don't want to take the same path that got me here. So I want to change the navigational tools so that they can lead me into a path that's plain, as the Bible says, and clear, a place of truth, a place of rest, and a place of comfort. Jesus promised us the comforter, that he said, I'm going away, but I'm not going to leave you comfortless. But he, the spirit of truth, will come. And whatever he hears the Father speak, he's going to relay that to you. So don't let your heart be troubled. Don't let it be afraid. If you believe in God, believe also in me, is what he said, prerequisite. So as you begin to think about this self-assessment, giving yourself some time to look at yourself. Look at yourself. Look at your life. Look in the mirror, the psychological mirror, the emotional mirror, the financial mirror, whatever it is that's going off-centered in your life, off the chart, then focus in on that as a self-assessment. For some of you, it's finances. For some of you, it's your relationship that's rocky. For some of you, it's your job, your business. Some of you, you just hate the day. And let me tell you, you've still got to do a self-assessment. Why are you hating the day? Some of you hate your zip code, your town, the people around you. Hate is a very strong emotion, isn't it? But it's the same emotion that draws love through. It's just that we chose the opposite path. So I want you to think about these things and see if you can start over again. Take the frown, as we used to say, turn it upside down, and you're going to have a smile. Because you deserve to live a happy life. I'm Dr. Faye Yopasta-Coach, and it's my pleasure to share with you today.
