Benjamin B. Warfield

Benjamin Breckinridge Warfield, born on November 5, 1851, was a renowned author and theologian. He held the esteemed position of professor of theology at Princeton Seminary for an impressive span of time, from 1887 until his passing in 1921. Many within the conservative Presbyterian community regard him as the final great theologian associated with Princeton before the division in 1929, which led to the establishment of Westminster Theological Seminary and the Orthodox Presbyterian Church.
