My name is Ava, and I will be your host. I am the chief executive and founder of the remote nurse staffing agency, Nursing Connect. And that's what we'll get into on this podcast. We'll talk all things remote nursing, the good, the bad, the transition, and how it's overall affecting our nursing practice. We'll also have a few guests come on the show and share their experience. And, of course, I'll share my experience as well. I was a bedside nurse that worked in the medical surgical foothold during the COVID-19 pandemic, and then ultimately became really burnt out and transitioned into remote nursing, which has ultimately retained me as a nurse because it's such a positive experience. I really love to share my experience with everyone else. So I was super inspired and created the Nursing Connect Podcast.
