Welcome to today's episode of Leahy, Love, Love, where we are going to discuss about the project work which I did for my recent module, Strategic and Applied Digital Marketing. I am your host Adela and today we are going to explore on two main topics. Firstly and mostly, I will share a few words about the group projects and the SoStack model which we use in it, then I will share my personal experience and values gained from doing this project. Both professional and academic like frequently involved group project and the goal of this report is to create a suitable digital marketing strategy and evaluate, share it with online business networking and resource platform. The digital marketing plan attempts to consider brand positioning, social media community building, SEO and the content optimization for website and the use of digital channels for engagement and growth. Digital marketing planning is an essential process for businesses, particularly those operating online and in this project it is analyzed using the SoStack model. SoStack stands for Situationalization, Objectives, Strategy, Tactics, Action and Control. So, situation, this calls for an awareness of the existing conditions including the project's background, the resources at hand and any potential obstacles. Objective, the establishment of specific attainable goals is an essential component of any project. The goals ought to be clear, quantifiable, doable and time-bound. Then strategy, after defining goals the next step is to create a plan of action to reach them. This could entail selecting the most effective communication channels, defining key messages and identifying target audiences. The precise action or steps used to carry out the strategy are known as tactics. To monitor progress, this could involve assigning tasks to team members and setting deadlines and milestones. Now that the plan has been established, it is the time to implement it. Here is where the real work gets done, so demoed and efficient communications are crucial in action. Lastly, it is critical to track and access the project's advancement in relation to its goal. To guarantee success, changes might need to be made along the way where the control is important. Let's now turn our attention to the moral lessons learned from working on group projects. Group projects have many advantages even though they can occasionally be difficult. The group project helped me to improve my communication skills. Effective verbal and written communication is essential when we are working in a team. I learned how to listen intently, communicate our ideas clearly and settle disputes in the constructive way through group projects. Time management is another effective value which I added to my personal life from this project work. It taught me how to allocate a task, prioritize resources, stay organized and meeting the deadlines. Assigning roles and taking leadership in different topics was one of the challenging phases of the assignment. Each group member got a chance to take their initiative and become a leadership role. And this helped me to improve my leadership quality, decision making and solving problems. Let's sum up by saying that group project work can be fulfilling and promote both personal and personal growth if done so with the appropriate attitude and framework. The values acquired from working together on projects are priceless in today's dynamic and connected world as they can improve everything from leadership skills to communication tactics. That's all for today's episode. We appreciate you joining us on Live, Love, Laugh. Make sure you come back next time so we can cover and assist you in navigating the challenges associated with project and collaboration.
