Our companies are forming an alliance based on knowledge, exploration, commitment, and finding solutions. We know that working together won't be easy, but we want to provide benefits for our employees and clients. We promise to support each other and keep our commitments. Our goal is to give our families a better future and make our clients and employees happy by providing excellent services and benefits. The state through which our companies will go through our alliance, first, is knowledge. The state of being aware of something, of having information about something. Basically, this means that we know that we want to work together. We know that the first year is not going to be easy because we need to find new employees. We need to keep the old employees that we have for separate companies. We need to explain to them the benefits they're going to have if they work for us, the benefits their families are going to have. If our employees only finish high school, we can explain to them, hey, listen, if you work for us, we can help your kids go through college. We can help your kids to have better education than you have. Second, exploration, be able to explore new events. The events we're exploring right now, our new event is our new adventure we have for the future, our new idea. The idea we want to work together, we have the idea that we want to give our clients, our employees, good benefits. Our clients can be happy with what we're doing for them. Our employees can be happy for the benefits we're going to give to them. Third, commitment. We promise to each other, listen, there's going to be this meeting with this client today. You can be at the meeting with the other client tomorrow. If you're in the meeting with that client, you have to promise me you cannot call me at the last minute and say, hey, listen, can I go to this meeting? We have to promise and we have to keep our promise. Third, the solution, the cost-incomplete process. The process that we're going to face right now is income. It's the ideas we have. We're not saying the same. We don't have the same ideas, but we know we have the same goal. That goal is to give our family a better future. Our goal is to give our clients the best, the best of the best we can give to them. We can keep their house beautiful, their land beautiful, their inside house beautiful. Our goal for our employees is to give them the best benefits, healthcare, and better salary, so our clients and employees can be happy working for us.
