Children naturally find reasons to be happy and smile, while adults often struggle to find happiness amidst responsibilities and stress. We've lost our innate happiness and now require a strong reason to be happy. However, being happy has many advantages. Smiling releases happy hormones like dopamine and serotonin. Studies show that children smile 4000 times a day compared to adults who only smile 20 times. We should reconnect with our inner child, break free from tension and anxiety, and live our lives with happiness. This won't solve all our problems, but it will improve our quality of life. Happy Smiling! Have you seen small kids? Do they need any reason to smile or laugh or just to be happy? But definitely they need a strong reason to get upset or to cry or when they need something really very bad. Now coming to us the adults, what do we do is just the opposite. In reality when we were kids we used to be happy majority of the time. But when we are grown up we are covered with lots of responsibilities or maybe pressure or stress. And somewhere we have left our innate nature of being happy somewhere behind deep down. You know we actually need a strong reason to be happy. Otherwise we all look sad and dull face all the time. And this has become our new normal. For an example if a person is happy all the time for no reason and for no reason if he or she smiles. And if that continues we go and ask, is everything okay with you? Or at least in our mind we will think that something is really going wrong with him. Yes? Isn't that true? Now there are many advantages of being happy or just to create a small smile. The internet is filled of lot of information. A smile on your face can create different chemicals inside of our body like dopamine, oxytocin. Serotonin or endorphins. So these are all called as happy hormones. And you can read about all these hormones. A kind of a thoughts and imaginations which we try to create in our mind. And based on that our chemical industry which is inside of us functions. If we think of negative then we think of positive. So there are various studies on smile. So just to know who we are, who we were and who we are right now. Just to know who we are, who we were and who we are right now. A study shows that a child smiles 4000 times per day when compared with a typical adult who smiles just 20 times per day only. So you know what you have to do. You have to go little deep down. Hold the hand of that younger you and break all the barriers of tension, responsibility, anxiety and everything. And then keep him side by side and live your life with him. And I am not saying that it will solve all your problems or worries or stress.
