Just starting now by making yourself comfortable with your hands on your lap and just looking up now as high as you possibly can just looking up as if you're trying to look into your own eyebrows keeping your eyes glued to a real or imagined spot overhead just breathing in and exhaling out take another deep breath in and exhaling out and one final time, just breathing in keeping your eyeballs right up looking up into your eyebrows and as you exhale down just closing your eyelids right down all the way down and as your eyelids shut down the muscles and nerves in and around your eyes are becoming heavy, droopy, drowsy your eyelids are starting to feel right now as if they have been glued shut, sealed shut and locked tight and you'll soon find the harder you try to open your eyes the more they feel glued shut, sealed shut and locked tight it's very pronounced and you can feel now that your eyes feel heavy and droopy and that's just a great sign now, a sign of how perfectly you're responding so just relaxing those eyeballs now and letting them go wherever they want to go relaxing the eyelids and just dropping your chin down a fraction so you really feel that looking down sensation that you might feel as you look over a balcony or down a flight of stairs and as I count backwards now you're going to see your feet, hear your feet and feel your feet treading each step right now and you're looking down over those 10 steps and you're moving on to step 10 as each muscle, every nerve turns loose, lets loose and you go deeper you're taking step 9 you can see your feet making contact with every step as you go deeper you're taking step 8 and you can hear your feet making contact with each step as you go deeper and you're taking step 7 going deeper with every heartbeat and you're taking step 6 as each sound and noise and movement around you carries you deeper and further into sleep and you're taking steps 5 and 4 as each muscle, every nerve turns loose, lets loose and you are going deeper into an awareness of yourself you are going deeper into your own internal state and you're taking step 3 you're taking step 2, just going deeper and you're taking step 1, just going deeper, drifting deeper and just sleeping deeper and every time now I click my fingers like this and say the words sleep deeply you're becoming more and more light so just going deeper, drifting deeper and just sinking deeper and as you go deeper now into an absolutely relaxed state you are listening and responding easily and effortlessly and perfectly exactly the way you are you don't need to make anything happen you can just let it happen so just taking a deep breath in and on the exhale down, just sinking deeper down to a calming, healing and relaxing level you are now listening with your subconscious mind and you know that understanding is power and understanding and hypnosis is the most extraordinary power it's giving you the most amazing freedom and as you drift deeper now Cathy, deeper down into a different state of awareness you are aware that you have a strong desire and a compelling, powerful, irresistible ability to become slimmer and healthier and this desire and ability is becoming such a powerful, permanent and all pervasive part of you that it overruled forever any old negative eating habits and instead it constantly and consistently motivates you to act in ways that cause you to shed excess weight and to become thinner, fitter and healthier for good because you are freeing yourself now forever from destructive, self-defeating eating habits there is no room in your mind or body, no room in your life for eating the wrong food from now on that is something you used to do and it cannot, will not and does not influence you any longer and as you move on from one great achievement to another by eating differently, becoming healthier, becoming lighter, becoming pain free you have more energy and you are exercising willingly and just loving the feeling of fitting into smaller clothes and you are feeling such a sense of accomplishment and achievement you are erasing, eliminating and eradicating all those poor eating habits forever as you find yourself easily and willingly refusing to eat the type and amount of food that can only harm your body you love your body so you want to take care of it and you always treat it now with respect you choose healthy food and you prepare it now in ways that is exciting and delicious and you look forward to eating these new healthy options that make you look and feel amazing and you really start to enjoy saying no to the wrong type of food because it makes you feel powerful, proud and you see yourself in your mind at your ideal weight wearing clothes you feel comfortable in and you look amazing you feel how lean you are you hear other people praising you on your achievement and you notice how much happier your body is now that you respect it and like it I want to do things to keep it in a healthy state and now when you wake up in the morning you get up and you get straight out of bed after you listen to the news your phone is on the other side of the room so you are not even tempted to look at it you get up, you have breakfast now by 7, 7.30 you have prepared your lunch and it's a great way to start your day you feel motivated, you feel great and you see yourself doing things for your healthier life like walking and doing your Pilates stretches each and every morning you have so much time now that you have no desire to look at your phone and as you take on all these new changes you make these changes, you look good and you feel good it just radiates out into every area of your life because you have so much more energy and motivation and you just feel positive about yourself every day so you can see yourself being a great, motivated president for your golf club and it's so easy and effortless for you to work for those members in the best interest because every day now procrastination is just something that you used to do now as you get up in the morning feeling motivated do your exercises and make that healthy breakfast take that healthy lunch with you to work all this new energy just makes it so easy and effortless for you to meet all your goals every day you do better at work in your hospitality job and your thermo risk business and you enjoy sharing some of your healthy recipes now these healthy, exciting recipes that you now make for yourself and you are so proud of yourself for achieving all these goals you look amazing and you feel amazing and you have so much more energy and you make an image of all of this now in your mind of how you want to look how you want your life to look and you tell your mind that this is what you want and as you focus on this image every day you are already moving towards it because your mind is picking up that your strongest desire is to reach and maintain this size, shape and weight your strongest desire is to choose to be thinner and healthier more motivated and more energized and you welcome and celebrate this exciting change that you are making because your old eating habits are fading away forever leaving you free to eat in a healthy way leaving you slimmer, more vital, attractive and happier you have so much more energy, motivation in everyday life and your mind, the most powerful healing force there is is releasing you from any need to eat the wrong food you are moving so far, far away from eating the wrong food you can even feel it and sense it shrinking, disappearing, going and gone and as you eat differently your body is becoming a more efficient machine using the healthy calories you take in to build a perfect body for you and you nourish it now with all the good foods that you already know are good for your body and as you do this and you feel great you look amazing and you have so much energy for life you start to become an influence on everyone around you people look at you and they are so proud of what you have done they remark on it too they want to know what you do, how you did it you swap recipes and you tell people all these new exciting ways to prepare food and how great you feel and how much energy it gives you and all this radiates out of you and influences everyone around you too now everyday when you wake up, you get out of bed at 6 after listening to the news you have no desire to look at the phone you get up, you exercise and you make your healthy breakfast by 7, 7.30 which gives you that 5 hours until lunch when you can look forward to that healthy meal that you have prepared for yourself something that is delicious, exciting and you know is going to make you feel good and look good and that excites you that thought of feeling good, looking good, that brings that excitement of feeling good you can't wait to eat those healthy foods and you see yourself now going into a store at your ideal weight you look and feel amazing and you are buying something in your perfect size and it looks so good on you that you buy it and wear it and as you wander down to the food hall and you look at the cakes, biscuits, sugars, processed foods you have no desire at all to buy or eat any of those foods and that makes you feel as good as you feel at your ideal weight and as you make these changes it just radiates out into every area of your life now you have more energy, motivation and more positive attitude and you can achieve all your goals easily and effortlessly because you feel good, you have energy and you look great so it radiates out into all areas of work, with your business, your hospitality, your thermomics business your job as the president of the golf club all these jobs are so easy and effortless now for you to get everything done because you get up in the morning and you start your day feeling energized and you have so much more time to fit everything in you no longer procrastinate, that was something that you used to do and now every day you achieve so much and you can feel that wonderful feeling of all these achievements now inside of you and you feel proud, you feel empowered that you are able to meet all your goals those goals that you set for yourself, you write yourself for and you get everything done with this newfound energy you have from eating all the right foods when your body is working well you have all this extra energy you feel good, you look good and you are meeting all your goals and it feels amazing and it's so easy and effortless for you now so from now on every day this new eating habit is easy and effortless you are excited to eat this new healthy food you feel good, you look good and your whole life feels so much better so I am
