Just keeping your eyeballs looking right up into your eyebrows and taking that last breath in. Keeping your eyes up and as you exhale down just closing your eyelids right down, all the way down. And as your eyelids shut down the muscles and nerves in and around your eyes are becoming heavy, droopy, drowsy. And your eyelids are starting to feel right now as if they have been glued shut, sealed shut and locked tight. And you'll soon find the harder you try to open your eyes the more they feel glued shut, sealed shut and locked tight. And just feeling those eyes now just relaxed. And just allowing them just to look wherever they want to go. Just relax. And just drop your chin down just a fraction for me now. So you really feel that looking down sensation. That you might feel as you look over a balcony or down a flight of stairs. And as I count backwards now you're going to see your feet, hear your feet and feel your feet treading each step right now. And you are looking down those ten steps and you're moving on to step ten as each muscle, every nerve turns loose, lets loose and you go deeper. And you're taking step nine and you can see your feet making contact with every step as you go deeper. And you're taking step eight. You can hear your feet making contact with each step as you go deeper. And you're taking step seven going deeper with every heartbeat. And you're taking step six as each sound and noise and movement around you just carries you deeper and further into sleep. And you're taking step five and four as each muscle, every nerve turns loose, lets loose. And you're going deeper into an awareness of yourself. You're going deeper into your own internal state. And you're taking step three. And you're taking step two just going deeper. And you're taking step one just going deeper, drifting deeper and just sleeping deeper. And every time I click my fingers now like this, and say the words sleep deeply, you're becoming more and more relaxed. So just going deeper, drifting deeper and just thinking deeper. And as you go deeper now into an absolutely relaxed state, you're listening and responding easily, effortlessly and perfectly. Exactly the way you are. You don't need to make anything happen, you can just let it happen. Because hypnosis is just a sleep of the nervous system, it's not about being asleep. And just taking a breath in now, and breathing out, and just letting yourself totally relax. And as you go deeper now to this absolutely relaxed state, you're aware of a powerful, massive transformation that is taking place in you now and on. And as you go deeper now, your brilliant mind is reactivating, re-manifesting, regenerating and recreating the knowledge that you are good enough. You always have been and you always will be. And as you go deeper and deeper and deeper, you tell yourself now every day, I am enough. You say it with conviction, your mind lets it in. And as you let this belief in, your confidence and level of self-worth grows and grows, and radiates out from you, and attracts so many wonderful things into your life. You now act and react with confidence. You have a great ability to make the right decisions. You like yourself and people like you too. You believe in yourself, you know you are enough. And with that knowledge, your confidence increases every single day. And your absolute awareness that you are enough allows you to recognize the very many abilities and talents you possess. They are becoming more and more apparent to you, and to other people too, every day. Because you believe in yourself and you know that you are enough. You are worthy, you always have been and you always will be. And you believe in your abilities now to achieve success in everything you want in life. And you feel amazing. And as you drift deeper now into this different state of awareness, knowing that you are enough, you are great, you are worthy. You also become aware that you have a strong desire and a compelling, powerful, irresistible ability to become slimmer and leaner, healthier. And this desire and ability is becoming such a powerful, permanent and all-pervasive part of you that it overrules forever any old negative eating habits. And instead it constantly and consistently motivates you to act in ways that cause you to shed excess weight and to become fitter, healthier and thinner for good. You are freeing yourself forever from destructive, self-defeating eating habits. Because there is no room in your mind or body now, no room in your life for eating the wrong food. From now on it is something that you just used to do and it cannot, will not, does not influence you any longer. And as you move on from one great achievement to another, by eating healthy food, eating differently, you become lighter, healthier, your body becomes pain-free, more vital, you have more energy. And you find yourself exercising willingly and you have so much energy to play with your daughter. And you just love this feeling of fitting into smaller clothes, having this energy to not just play sports, just to interact with your daughter and this feeling makes you happy. And you also feel such a sense of accomplishment and achievement. You feel good, you have more energy and it also gives you more connection to your daughter and others around you. And you are erasing, eliminating and eradicating poor eating habits forever. As you find yourself now easily and willingly refusing to eat the type and amount of food that can only harm your body. You love your body so you want to take care of it and you always treat it with respect. You choose healthy food and you prepare it in ways that is exciting and delicious. And you see yourself making exciting and fun food with your daughter that is also healthy and good for your body. You look forward to eating these new healthy options that make you look and feel amazing. And from now on you enjoy saying no to the wrong type of food because it makes you feel empowered, proud. And you see yourself now in your mind at your ideal weight. You see yourself feeling good, looking good. You see yourself having the energy to play with your daughter, to exercise more. And as you get thinner and healthier and fitter, your body becomes pain free. And as your body becomes pain free, you feel happier and more energized. And you see this picture in your mind now of you feeling happy and connected to yourself and to others. You have more energy to exercise. And you have more energy too because you haven't got so much pain in your body. And you see this picture of yourself feeling energized, happy. And this makes you want to choose healthy food because it makes you feel good, look good. And you just feel in your mind now how lean you are. And you also hear other people praising you on your achievements. And you become a role model for those around you. And you just notice now how much happier your body is now that you respect it and like it. And not only is your body happier, but you are happier. And you are more connected to yourself, your daughter and everyone around you. And you really want to do things to keep it in this healthy state because it makes you happy. And it makes you feel good. I want you to make this image in your mind now of how you want to look, how you want to feel, what you want to see yourself doing. Playing tennis or running with no pain. Playing with your daughter. Eating healthily. And you can even see yourself in your mind now. At times maybe where you feel like you want to eat the wrong thing. Maybe you have a feeling and need for sugary or carby food. But if that happens now, you are going to take the time to think, what is it that I really need? Is it actually water? Is it food? Is it affection? Is it comfort? If it's food, you decide whether it's for sustenance or comfort. If the food is for sustenance, you will decide what to eat that will satisfy you and nourish you. If the food is for comfort, you will make a conscious decision as to what your needs are. And you will act upon the real needs in a positive manner. And every day now you replace any negative belief with a new positive constructive one. And every day you feel that incredible power emanating from your knowledge that you are good enough. And every day you think these thoughts and you hear these words and you see these images. And you completely accept these suggestions and you let them in. You hear these words and your mind sees the images and then it creates it. You are changing everything now. You are changing your very belief system. And that is changing your biology. And you are changing your biochemistry. And it's all so easy and it is such a permanent, powerful and all-pervasive, wonderful, liberating feeling. And freeing part of who you are. And this image of you now becomes so real, so clear, so lifelike and so attainable. So just taking that breath in now, breathing out. And as you make these changes now it just radiates out into every area of your life.
