So I'm going to share it with you. This is not a religious-based book, but it is a book that reminds us that what we do and what we allow others to do to us determines how full or empty our bucket is. And if you haven't read this book or heard of this book, I highly recommend it. It can change your outlook or perspective of your daily encounters with others. It will allow you to take a step back and realize how you encounter others in your day-to-day life. This book has given me a new perspective on how I want more positivity in my life, and I'm sure you do, too. I'm going to give you a brief description of my view of what How Full Is Your Bucket is about, and ask you to please read it for yourself. It's a very short book. It's not very long, so it won't take you very long to read the entire book. This will allow you to start implementing its theories into your own life. How Full Is Your Bucket has two paths you can choose from. You can have a full bucket or an empty bucket. The choice is yours. How You View Your Bucket is also a concept. You can fill your bucket and others' daily and see the catastrophic effects it has. If you are giving positivity to yourself and others, your bucket stays full and allows you to feel good. It makes you focus on the positivity, giving you the ability to look at all things in a positive outlook and manner, rather than in a negative way. This causes a ripple effect that rubs off onto those around you. It allows you to give the push to do the same to others around them, and the cycle continues. This concept made me reflect on how this is repeated and echoed throughout the Bible to do unto others like it states in Luke 6, 31 and Romans 2, 21. If we allow God into our daily lives and live by His words, this concept would be easy to apply. The effects would be noticeable to yourself and others because you are aligning your life with God. Having a heart like Jesus to treat others with kindness will not only change our lives, but the lives of those around you. On the opposite spectrum, this book explains how taking and emptying others' bucket has the reverse effect. The interesting point of the give and take role shows how our days play out. You're either going to have a good day or a bad day. And by giving and being positive and sharing with others, it can be a simple, you look great today, you did a great job on that presentation, you're such a great friend, I appreciate you. These tiny things can make a huge difference in somebody's day, as well as your own. Honestly, it comes down to how you want your life to go. You can choose happiness and positivity, or you can be miserable and feel defeated. And no, this will not happen overnight. It will come with practice and allowing your mindset to change and aligning with God. Aligning your heart and your mind with God will make this goal reachable. All things are possible through God, just like it states in Philippians 4.13. All this is based on decision making, and you should always bring it all to God for his guidance. All of our decisions have consequences and affect our futures, but also the futures of the next generation. Our decisions we make during our life can affect the lives of our children, and our children's children, and so on. Your choice of giving your life to God could be the generational curse breaker that needs to be broken for your lineage to set you and all free from the chains that have held them captive. I know I am a generational curse breaker for my family. I have said it before, and I will continue to say it. I will break all the chains that have been put upon us, that have kept us captive and bonded. All the addiction, the depression, self-sabotage, anxiety, and so much more. God gives us the ability, the strength, the guidance, the love of what we need to do to win this fight. Why wouldn't you want this for yourself or your family? One of my favorite Bible verses is Psalms 147.3. He heals the broken hearted and binds up their wounds. God is the answer and always will be the answer. You have to allow God to put all your broken pieces back together, and by doing so, your life will change. Your heart will change. Your mind will change, and you will align your life with God. Allow Him in. I am going to say it over and over and over in every episode. Allow God into your heart. It will change everything about your life. It won't make your life easy, but it will make it easier with God by your side. And by doing so, this allows you to plant the seed for yourself and your loved ones. Like I've been talking about generational curses, generational bondage. We can break that for our lineage, so allow God in. Allow yourself to be the generational curse breaker for your family. We may not see the fruit of our labor right now, or even in our lifetime, but it gives me hope, and I hope it gives you hope and joy for your future as well as my own, so that our next generation will be rooted in God, and they will be able to get through life's struggles. They will be able to get through all of life with God. This seed we plant, and I know I talk about seeds a lot, but in the Bible it talks about just a tiny mustard seed is all you need of faith. And if you have that mustard seed, and you plant it, and your heart is aligned and in the right place, so that the next generation will be rooted in God and His Word and His will, it will continue to strengthen and continue to grow and regrow in each generation to come. This seed will eventually bear an abundant amount of fruit from God. Doesn't that give you some hope? Doesn't that just brighten up and light up your life to know that this is possible? That God is willing to give you this chance? That He's willing to guide you and help you? It makes me so happy knowing that I could leave this earth and have given the opportunity to my children and their children to know God's unconditional love, because it is like nothing here on this earth. You will never experience it unless you know God and allow Him to love you. It is not about us. It's not about you, and it's not about me. It's about God. And if someone asked me about my legacy or what I wanted my legacy to be, it is that God used me for His purpose to bring you and others to Him or closer to Him to feel His love, to know Him. My legacy would be fulfilled because it would be rooted in God, and I can leave with a full heart knowing that I did it all for God. And I hope you all can do and feel the same. So my challenge to you this week is to fill your bucket and those around you, because if your bucket's not full, you can't fill anybody else's bucket. So no matter what makes you feel and what changes you see in your daily life or around you or in your heart, allow God to allow you to fill your bucket with positivity and to fill somebody else's bucket as well. And the cycle will continue. I hope you enjoyed today's episode. I hope that it allowed you to see things in a new light and align your life with God. How He will make you feel, the power that He can give you to help others feel great about themselves as well. Look in that mirror and say, I am a child of God. I am going to show others God's light today and fill their bucket with positivity and bring them closer to you, Lord. So until next episode, keep bibling, keep spreading God's word, and fill somebody's bucket today. It'll make your bucket overflow. Lord, I lift each and every person up to you. Whatever they may be going through, Lord, whatever season they may be in, I ask that you guide them. You give them the wisdom. You give them the understanding. You give them the strength. Keep pushing through. Lord, I ask you to fill their buckets with your love so that they can fill others' buckets as well, Lord. And I want to give you praise, you glory, because you are an amazing God who gives us grace, mercy, and abundance of love. I love you, I praise you, and I glorify you. In Jesus' name, amen. .
