To become wealthy, you must adopt the mindset and actions of a rich person, even if your current circumstances don't reflect it. Taking consistent inspired actions is key to manifesting your dreams. Changing your beliefs and melting away limitations is crucial. Your subconscious may resist change, perceiving it as unsafe, but techniques like visualization and affirmations can calm it down. Finding evidence of others who have achieved what you desire can help you feel safe and open to receiving your desires. Consistency and belief in yourself are essential for success. In order for you to be rich, to have a lot of money, you have to be living as a rich person. You have to have these feelings of rich people, thoughts. You have to act like them. You have to act like it's already happening, even if it's not reflecting in your bank account or not reflecting in your physical world. How is this possible? The thing is, action is important. And in order for you to reach whatever dream you have, whatever manifestation, you need to get the actions done. So for me, I have been going to the gym for eight years now, right? I'm working out, I'm doing cardio. I'm very, very, very dedicated to working out. I have never, ever seen an excellent result in my body except when I started to change how do I feel, the limitations, when I started to melt away these limitations of my own body and my own fitness and my own health. Then, and after eight years of working out, consistently working out, I started to see the results. I started to see my body fit, healthy, strong. I became more dedicated. Why? Because I changed my feelings. Because everything changes from inside before outside. Because in order for you to be strong, to manifest health, fitness, great body, money, partner, job, you need to feel it inside yourself first. For you to feel beautiful, you have to believe in it first. You have to believe that you're beautiful. It all starts inside. And there's no limit. But actions have to be done. I cannot sit here in my chair and claim to have the sexiest, most fit body ever or that I am very rich when I'm not doing the action. This is why the power of hypnotic meditation or affirmations or EFT tapping or the vision board or visualization, all of these play in that particular area. The area of I am beautiful, I am fit, I am healthy, I am rich, I am loved, I am in a great relationship, I am in a great job. When you repeat it enough for your subconscious, you start to melt away the limitations, the limiting beliefs and you start to shift your mind to a new paradigm of new thinking, new way of thinking. And then you start to have different choices, right? Let's say today I have decided to shift my paradigm into thinking that healthy relationships exist, for example, or thinking that I can be as fit and healthy as possible. I'm not gonna wake up in a different body or I'm not gonna wake up with different people. However, the choices would be different. My inspired actions would be different. And when I take these different choices, little by little, day by day, week by week, month by month, you're gonna start to see the shift in your real life. It's not magic, it's not a pill, you just take it and overnight everything changes, no. First of all, identify your dream, first and foremost. Identify your dream, I want that. Secondly, start to melt away your limiting beliefs. This is very important. And it's not easy, it's easier said than done, right? And thirdly, you need to take the inspired action. You gotta take the inspired actions every single day, be consistent with it. Because when you take the inspired action, you start to show up as a different person. When I started to change my ideas about fitness and about health in eight years, I have been going to the gym and working out for eight years when only I started to change inside and I started to melt my limitations. I started to take gyms differently. Differently by me, by differently I mean, I started to be more mindful about the workout I'm doing. I'm not just going there to show up, I'm going there because I have a goal of hitting this amount of cardio. I started to show up differently. And when I was consistent, when I became consistent with it, everything changed day by day. It's not a magical pill, you need to do consistent action every single day. This is how it works. One of the biggest limiting beliefs is the upper limit. Your subconscious, you need to understand that, your subconscious is in your favor. You need to understand that your mind is working in your favor, not against you. Our mind works in our favor, not against us. Our subconscious is working in our favor, not against us. So when I say an upper limit, it means that your subconscious perceives this as unsafe place. So if I want this X amount of money, or I want this partner, or I want this kind of relationship, or I want to be in this country, or I want this job, or whatever dream you have, you want a fit body, whatever dream you have, your subconscious, if it never experienced this thing, it would perceive it as unsafe. Because you don't know how your version will act there. You don't know who are you in that state. You're gonna be different, your mind, your emotions, everything about you is different in this new state of perception. With this X amount of money, with this relationship, with this job, in this country. So your subconscious will try to sabotage you. You start to sabotage because your subconscious thinks that it's unsafe to be there. Hence why, again, visualizations and affirmation and tapping and a lot of techniques that tricks, I don't want to say tricks, but basically calming down the subconscious and assuring our subconscious that it is safe, it is safe to have this X amount of money in your bank account, it's safe to have a million dollars in your bank account, nothing will happen. You're safe, you're still the same person, even better. It's safe to be in healthy relationship, even if your subconscious never experienced it, never ever had an evidence, just look for another evidence. And this is one of the very powerful tool in acting, in calming or quieting your subconscious, you need to look for other people who have the same exact goal as you desire, and you're gonna see that they're safe. So some people are really feeling safe with that. So it's not a problem for me to have the same exact thing. And hence why when you feel safe, you're more able to receive it. It's there, it's in front of you. But you cannot receive it because you have these blockages, you have these limitations, your subconscious wants to protect you. So when you assure your subconscious that it's safe, you're calming it down, you're calming your nervous system, you're regulating your nervous system and your emotions and your body to receive this.
