I just want to say thank you for everyone for being present at this presentation and meeting today. I think it was really important for all of us to go over our weaknesses that we are currently experiencing from our low morale. I think everything that I discussed today will really help us foster greater skills and assets to work on our emotional intelligence to boost our morale within our organization. We as leaders, it is important for us to be the most approachable workers in our organization and gain that trust from our employees. Gaining that trust will foster for harder working employees, better collaborations and ultimately working towards our organizational goals.
