The speaker suggests using a platform called Culture Monkey to conduct colleague engagement surveys every three months. The surveys will be anonymous and will help identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement within the organization. The results will be color-coded to prioritize areas that need attention. After each survey, a meeting will be held to discuss the results and foster open communication among staff members. The speaker hopes that these surveys will lead to positive results and improvements within the team over the course of a year. I'm sure you're all thinking, how are we going to measure these results if these solution plans actually work out? So my thought is, every three months there will be a colleague engagement survey, and I found this platform called Culture Monkey, and we will be doing the surveys through that. And obviously we can discuss how we want to measure in increments, three months, two months, or six months, every quarter, we can discuss it and what everyone agrees on we can do. This is entirely anonymous, and it will analyze the results to manipulate each challenge based on the organization. You can either write your name or you can stay anonymous if you prefer. So leaders will also be able to see their strengths and weaknesses within their platform. And I think this is nice because it'll, from the results, it'll set everything into categories. So you'll be able to look at different sections of what we have to work on, what we are doing well on, our strengths, our weaknesses, and I think that's really important. And I think that in the application, it is all color-coded as well, and I think when things are color-coded, it just helps a little bit to differentiate, okay, so we should work on this, prioritize this, which I think is important. And I think after every survey is conducted and the results are given, I would like to hold a meeting to just have an open discussion with our leadership staff, as well as other staff members who are involved in the surveys. I think that discussing what we have to work on and what we don't have to work on as much is important, and this will really help our team feel more comfortable with everyone and working together. I want to say in about a year after doing these surveys, I really hope that they, you know, continuously have really good results and great improvements throughout our staff.
