Alejandro Fernandez
An Aymara descendant and ex refugee and exile of the chilean pinochet dictatorship, I grew up between Scotland and Italy and have since lived in Catalonia and Bristol too. I play folk music from the nueva trova or nueva cancion chilena style and a lot of other folk from across the world. My own folk music probably fits into alt-folk or psychedelic folk styles. I was a member of the Orchestra Cube and of the Wildstrings Quartet in Bristol UK.
