Despite economic instability, they manage their business by controlling costs and driving sales. Financing is limited, but they are exploring incentives for export. They expect a 20% sales growth next year and plan to expand to the US market in 2024. They advise other entrepreneurs to work hard, stay persistent, and seize opportunities. Today, we'll be getting to know the history of three women entrepreneurs who joined their passion for beauty, environment care and business to create a brand of organic beauty products, which are not only commercialized in our country, but are preparing their first international shipping. Welcome. How was organic beauty born? Organic beauty was born with the idea of surviving an increasing market. Fortunately, many people are starting to gain conscience about the importance of consuming environmental friendly products. Our main objective is that all of us can look beautiful without harming the nature. Which strategy did you use to position the brand locally? We share the lead alliance with local producers. We have designed a specific marketing plan in order to put our name in the market. On the other hand, most people who work with us usually live in our night or production plan. I think that our best action is to be reconnected locally and of course, the excellent quality of our products. Being a businesswoman in a country where the economy is so unstable could be incredibly frustrating. How do you manage this instability? On this matter, it's very complicated to plan your business in the long term. However, we try to put all our energy into fundamental areas. The first one, keep control of our cost structure and the second one, stimulate higher sales. We are a small business that dreams big and we are working strongly to achieve the objective we propose of sales each year. If we didn't pay attention in these two areas, we would have some sales issues. The key is in the administration of resources. How does an Argentinian business finance in order to grow? In this moment, we have to use the creative more than the finance because it doesn't exist. We only have some taxes reduction for being a small company and we are applying for some incentives for our first export. The product is called Argentina Export. What is your sales expectation for next year? We know that your brand is exported to United States in 2024. We have a sales projection with 20% in screen for next year. We are convinced that getting into American like United States will allow us to grow and position our brand, vision or country. How does a small brand like yours get into such a massive and competitive market like United States? I think that all the entrepreneurs should make the effort because with your brand to grow is great. If you could give an advice to other entrepreneurs, which advice would you give them? That they should work hard for their dreams. That they should always be training because opportunities arise. That they should be persistent and constant even when the situation is not the best one.
