This is good. Are both of us in frame? Are we good to go? We are good to go. Get these wires out. Lock it. Move this down here. Wait, come here. Why don't you come here. Here's the thing. This is nice because you can actually move around. Yeah, come here. Come here. It's on 0.5. Yeah, that's fine. Or you can do that so it has more focus. I think 0.5 is better. It's going to catch everything else. Yeah, keep it at 1. Why? Actually, can you customize how far you can? Yeah, you can. Go to 0.7. Yeah, 0.17. Yeah, perfect. Yeah, right there. That's perfect. Perfect. Alright. The camera quality looks really weird. It's the lighting. Should I just turn this off? PC? No. I have night mode on. No, it doesn't matter. Okay, whatever. When that's on, that's going to mess with the colors. If I have both lights on... That looks nice. I'll keep both on. Now follow my movements. Who's making the slides? You a little bit there, and you a little bit here. There's lights in my eyes. Actually, no, it's not that bad. Do you want me to be in there too? Yo, this is what you're going to do. You're going to come up here and see I have to be down there. Just make sure I am not in frame. Well, we could just move your mat. Wait, here, here. You're going to have to be careful. What? What happened? Oh, it's your HDMI cable, gang. Yeah, I had to finesse it a bit. Do you have another one by any chance? No. Take it out and put it back in. Why don't you take this thing... What? First of all, who broke it? Tori. You're thinking it like you were late to the wedding. Did it turn off? What turned off? No, it just has no... Oh, wait. Do not touch it. Just lie down. Not like that. Like this. No, no, no. Go here. How are we doing the leg? Lie down like this. Like that? I'm not going to be one with your carpet. Just go all the way down. Whiskey has never been in this room. Okay, we good now? Am I in frame? No. Just stay like that. This is the goofiest set up. Are we good? No weird movement. Please don't look at me. Every time I move my toe, it's a cue. I did shut off for all of you. I don't need you to shut off. 3, 2, 1, go. 90% of businesses fail every year because of one key problem. Ineffective marketing. To put it into perspective, imagine Tim, a developer with an idea that can change people's lives. Tim spends months coding his product, and after getting investors on board, he has to face the daunting task of getting customers. So, he approaches this by using email marketing and spends weeks optimizing his campaign in an attempt to stand out from the crowd. However, his efforts do not give him the results he needs to keep going, and this leaves him unmotivated and his killer idea forgotten. So, hi, I'm Akrit, and I'm Pranav, and this is a story of how 90% of businesses fail. So, we wanted to create a product that can give business owners a better way to reach their customers, which is why we created AIM Technologies. But businesses are still stuck with the same old approach that Tim had to use, email marketing. This is bad because email marketing has a higher customer acquisition cost due to low conversion rates. And low conversion rates occurs when automating messages because it's hard to personalize messages at a large scale. In fact, every 1,000 messages you send, only 10 to 15 of them would convert when you use a top-of-the-line sales system. Also, people have become desensitized to these emails, so they usually end up deleting them or they end up in their spam. And, adding on to that, businesses are pouring their time and money into a system that's not getting them the results they need, which is why it's causing a lack of potential scalability. According to our market research, companies that outsource tailored commissions that load small to medium-sized businesses simply cannot afford to save these businesses with too lackluster options that cost a lot of resources and take away from their potential scalability. And adding on to that, when businesses are developing these systems, they're testing unsuccessful strategies. And what this means is that they're using messages that don't resonate with their customer base, hurting their reputation, connection, and essentially getting lower revenue. So, to address all of these problems, we came up with three simple features, starting with SMS marketing. We're going to focus on SMS marketing as it's been proven to be more effective and have higher conversion rates than email marketing. Also, we're going to automate this entire process so the business owner doesn't have to sit there and look through YouTube tutorials because the AI is going to be in the background 24-7 doing this. And our AI doesn't just limit this to one platform. Our AI makes it so that you can do outreach on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, SMS messages, anything you can think of, so that the business can effectively be reaching its customer goals. And on top of that, our AI uses personalized conversations in order to boost conversion rates by 142%, adding on to the benefits of SMS marketing. And you don't just have to take our word for it. Here's a solution demo showcasing exactly what a product looks like in action. So, it starts with a simple website UI where the user will click to access the product. Then, the business owner on our website can upload contacts and leads, so our AI can partialize these contacts and leads to specific to that lead, and we're going to automate this entire process for the business owner. In simpler terms, we're going to talk to your customers for you and bring in new customers automatically. And so, this is our AI in action. As you can see here, it sent the initial outreach message, and now the business owner is not initially interested. However, it can personalize conversations, as said earlier, and it sends this message, which is able to re-interest the business owner, as you can see right there, and because it works 24-7, it can automatically send a message and capitalize on the interest it just built, as you can see right there. And it does this on multiple different platforms while sending thousands of conversations simultaneously and with a simple click of a button. Also, we research our market sizing by calculating our TAM, which is $17 billion, and it consists of B2B businesses that have conducted outreach in the past or are looking to do so, and they have implemented AI into their companies before. Also, we chose to niche down, so our SAM comes out to $1.5 billion, as we're only focusing on the B2B SaaS industry. And both of these industries are growing significantly, with our TAM growing at a compound annual growth rate of 18.7%, and our SAM growing at a compound annual growth rate of 20%, meaning not only are these industries established, but they are also growing significantly. Also, just in year one, our market share is going to be around 0.2%, which is significantly important and a pretty good indication that our early startup is going to work. Also, we stand out from our competition, not only with our features, but also our pricing. So this is what our competition would look like, a traditional outreach system. And this would consist of Inboxy, Instantly, and Apollo, which come out to $225 a month for 20,000 yearly messages. And this is simply mouth-cutting. AIM wants to deliver on its promise of being a better and cheaper solution. So we have better pricing in that specific way. As you can see right here, $50 a month for 7,500 messages, giving our tier one users significantly more bang for their buck. Our tier two users, $200 a month for nearly double the messages of our actual competitors. And our enterprise plan for our most high-ticket users is optimized, as it is at $5,000 for 1.2 million messages, which can be changed and furthered if need be. Also, for our customer segments, we decided to split it in three different tiers, starting with tier one. We're going to be focusing on small to local businesses who are trying to take their outreach online and are pretty new to this thing. And then for our tier two users, these are usually early startups like us who are usually experienced with email marketing and already have their context and leads set up. This is easier for tier two users as they can easily go from email marketing to SMS marketing. And for our enterprise users, these are usually large companies who are already established and have an established user base. These marketers could use our product to better connect with their customers, but also expand their user base in a new way. So we're going to reach these customer bases through the following channels. The first one is our own product, as this is what it does best. It utilizes its technology to create a large list of high-paying clients, and this is going to target our enterprise user base. We're also going to utilize an online presence on Instagram and YouTube, as it's been proven that most of our tier one and two users are on these platforms, and this will help build our customer loyalty. And then we will conduct paid advertisement on Facebook and Instagram in order to, again, reach our tier one and two users, as 90% of business owners have a presence on these platforms. So after doing all this, we decided to develop our MBT in order to test these findings. And so our first finding was that, or excuse me, we found our first finding when we were talking to developers at a company called Salesforce. And so these developers told us that Salesforce is working on something in the CRM space to automate messages somewhat similar to us. However, they are in a completely different industry, meaning they're not direct competitors to us, but we still wanted to respond to this, which is why we niched down to being a software-as-a-service. Also, we found out that GPTs tend to hallucinate. Now what does that mean? That means that usually AI, as it's been coded to be as helpful as possible to the user, it usually makes and fabricates content which will definitely affect the customer, will definitely affect the company's reputation negatively. So we decided to pivot and start pipelining our GPTs. Now what is pipelining? We basically take a bunch of GPTs, assign them roles, and make them communicate with each other. Let's take one GPT that its job is to try to understand what the customer is saying, and then it talks to another GPT, which searches the web and tries to find the best answer for that customer. This significantly reduces GPT hallucinations, and now that we're niching down, our GPT hallucinations will be near to none. So our final asset is going to be $70,000 for 8% of our company. However, we're going to use our initial profits into repaying you with the $70,000, and after we repay you, you retain 8% of our company. So we seal this investment and make it more secure. Exactly, for both parties involved. And so now let's explore what your investment does for our company. We will use it to cover our startup costs, which come out to $35,000 in R&D and $20,000 in human resources, which will be paid to interns and other potential employees. And then we have our digital advertising costs, which will be paid over the span of a year, and this comes out to approximately $25,000 for that first year. And again, your investment will cover this. So our second cost, which some will be covered by your investment, and the one that will be covered is web hosting, as you can see right there. That comes out to $480 for the first year. And our second cost is our COGS, which is our token, and we pay $0.03 per message. And the reason for this is because we utilize APIs, such as the GPT API and the Twilio API, to service our clients and meet their needs. And then our lab cost is incurred by paying for GPT4+, so that we can locally train GPT and process engineer it, so that we can optimize the data actually going into the API, so that we don't have to constantly pay for errors. So our finances for the first three years come out to the following. You will have the first one, which is around $580,000, the second one, which is $3.2 million, and our last third-year forecast, which is $6.2 million. And so essentially what this means for you is that you will put in $70,000, we will pay you back, and then you will get 8% of $500,000, $3.2 million, and $6.1 million over the span of three years, meaning you will regain your investment the moment we're profitable, and right after you will start making profit with this company. And so, AIM wants to revolutionize the future of businesses. We already explored what your investment will do for our company, so now let's look at what that does to the actual outreach market. When you invest in us, we will get our product out, and now this will fully revolutionize how businesses work, because no idea will be left behind anymore. Every idea will get the chance to shine, and every business that already exists can scale up their operations using AIM. Thank you. Any further questions? Fuck. I will keep up the last one. Any further questions? Here, wait, wait. Can we just redo only the last part? So, just pause it. I did kind of fuck up financial forecasting. Yeah, it's fine, it's fine. Just pause it, right? We're going to start from financial. Stop the recording. Stop the recording. And then what we can do is, me and PD can try to line up exactly how we were in that frame, right? Like right here, go to this frame of where me and PD are about to do financial forecasting. We'll reline up in the exact same spot. So, just guide us on where we have to land. So, go to the recording, or do you want to do it from the beginning? Because I stumbled at some point. No, no, it's fine, it's fine. Was I in frame? No. Did we do both, like, pretty well? Yes. Okay. To me, at least, it was pretty smooth. Even though we stumbled, is it, like, distracting? No. Okay. I mean, we're just getting there. All right, we've got to hurry up. Okay, let's record this, and then we'll try to get one more run through. And if we mess that one up, it's fine. You guys don't have to move at all. I was telling you, at the beginning, the screen was kind of like this. Am I in frame when I'm like this? Check it from the camera. All right, we've got to get this right, this part. No, that's fine. Okay, so go back to the recording, and go to the part where we're on financial forecasting, and then just guide us to the exact same spot and facial expression. Let me check. It's fine, it's fine. Don't mess up the camera angle. Yeah. Okay. Because, yeah, we can just make it look like the recording lagged a little, right? Hey, look at this shit. Petey, you can edit it so it looks like the recording lagged a little, right? Okay, yeah. Okay, on the financial forecasting shit, hold on. Wait, wait, yo, yo. You're going to delete it. Oh. Yeah, okay. So you two were, if you want precise moments, you were just looking towards Acker, and Acker was looking towards the screen. So like this? And then you just looked towards me? Fernando was doing this, and you were doing this. Okay, so I was doing like that, and was I looking like here? Is the light falling on my face? No. It's only here, but that's a little bit to the left. Yeah, that's fine. Yeah, okay. And then Fernando was looking at me, and I was looking here? Acker, you got to move left. Here? Yeah, you were like way. Okay, so this is good right here. Well, where was the earth before? I was probably right here before. I didn't check a few seconds before. That's exact. On the exact time. Shut up. On the exact time, he was over there. Okay, that's fine. So I was yawning. And I was looking this way? A bit to the right. What the fuck? Okay, hold on. Wrong. Wrong. What's the code? You don't need to unlock the phone. What? You don't need to unlock the phone. Yeah, he does to see a video. No, I can't hold the code. Just give me the code, please. No, I'm not going to hold the code. Just tell him your pad. You're going to change everything. Well, I have memory loss. You can just tell me. Look away. I have memory loss. Holy fuck. That's a memory. Oh, we have to re-get into position now. No, it's fine. No, it's not fine. I remember. Oh, the only issue was in the first part, like the screen was caught on your face. Can we just redo the whole thing? Because I had some problems, too. Okay. No, it's fine. Yeah, okay. We'll just redo the whole thing. It's fine. It's fine. Okay, is this it? Oh, yeah, it is. You're going to have a nightmare editing this, so I'll say that. Wait, what? It's fine. Just go. Hold on. I have to pick a few things. I'm actually, like, getting dizzy, bro. Sam's so dumb, bro. I always thought Sam was dumb. I just want some Halal Dice. Wait, wait. It's fine. Can we just do the whole thing? No, no, no. It's fine. It's fine. It's fine. It's fine. It's fine. No, it's okay if there's issues. No one notices it. It's fine. Wait a minute. Wait a minute. It'll just take two seconds. Two seconds. Let's see if it actually worked on this one. Who broke your heart? Okay. Fuck. I fucked it up. I don't see any issues. Yeah, we're just going to undo everything. It's fine. It's fine. It's fine. It's fine. It's fine. It's fine. It's fine. It's fine. It's fine. It's fine. It's fine. It's fine. It's fine. It's fine. It's fine. It's fine. It's fine. It's fine. It's fine. It's fine. It's fine. It's fine. It's fine. It's fine. It's fine. It's fine. It's fine. It's fine. It's fine. It's fine. It's fine. It's fine. It's fine. It's fine. It's fine. It's fine. It's fine. It's fine. It's fine. It's fine. It's fine. It's fine. It's fine.
