I have ADHD and know that yoga and yoga nidra have really helped me to focus my brain, listen to my body and relax from anxiety and stress that it brings every day. I have started creating yoga nidras - guided meditation for people with ADHD in mind. Especially when everything starts to get too much and you need a break.
