The speaker introduces himself as Eiji, claiming to have created the first real-life Lightroom. He states that he can teach viewers how to become the best version of themselves in one month, but it will require them to kill their current habits and beliefs. He explains that their current selves will resist change and try to sabotage their progress. The speaker provides a list of 30 forms of resistance that viewers may face, such as fear, instant gratification, doubt, and procrastination. He encourages viewers to identify their primary forms of resistance and offers an example of his own. Let me introduce myself. My name is Eiji. I am the first man in history to create the first real life Lightroom, inspired by the classroom of Delhi. And this is only version 1.0. So when you click the video, all happy and excited, oh I'm gonna become like Anikoji in a month, mom get the camera, mom get the camera, I have some very bad news for you. Yes, I can teach you how to become like Anikoji in one month, but this month will be the hardest month of your life. And this isn't some gay, go do some active listening so you can manipulate your target. I'm going to give you a clear, objective path to become like Anikoji in under a month. A lot of you guys are not going to be able to do this by the way, so just click off the video. I don't even want you bums to be watching this if you can't even do it. Because in my last video, when I said you have to buzz off your hair to start off the year, all you guys started crying like the little losers you are. Well the real winners in my real life bright room actually took action. But now that that rant is out of the way, let me tell you guys on how to actually become like Anikoji in one month. There's only one thing that you need to do, and that is kill yourself. Yes, you heard me right, please kill yourself right now. In order to become the version of yourself that far transcends your current self, by fucking light years, you will have to kill yourself. Obviously, since all these smart, handsome people watch this channel, you guys know I'm not talking about killing your vessel, but essentially the habits within you and your current beliefs. Now I don't want to be like those wishy-washy YouTubers, so let me just get to the meat and potatoes. Becoming like Anikoji is simple really, but the problem is, in order to become like Anikoji, or not really like Anikoji, I just basically mean the best version of yourself. Every time you take action towards doing that, yourself will self-sabotage you by keeping its version alive by doing its retarded habits. Like I can just give you guys, oh okay, just do that, do this, do that, do this, do that, do this, and do that for like a month straight perfectly. None of us are going to be able to do that, because we're not at that level yet, or else there's been no point of this video. Like if I give you guys like some magical routine, which I have given so many times, none of you guys are going to be able to do it consistently day by day by day by day by day. That's because you need to kill your current version of yourself. So let me put it in a way you guys can understand, if you guys do not understand. So say right now you're at level 1, and in order to become like Anikoji, you need to become like level 10. So you can make progress towards that goal by doing the actions required. But then imagine if that level 1 wasn't actually just a level, but something with emotion. So it gets mad when it sees you leaving it behind to get to level 10. So it results in making you masturbate, procrastinate, eat bad food, and basically just make wrong and bad decisions. And although you're making progress towards going to level 10, every time you do those bad actions, your progress goes down. So here's the problem. All of us can become the best versions of ourselves, but in order to do that, we need to kill our current self. But that isn't going to be easy, since our current self knows that we want to kill it. So it will fight back and make us procrastinate, etc, etc. So EG, how do you kill it? Killing your current self is the hardest thing you can do. You can do it in a day, you can do it in a week, you can do it in a month, you can take 10 years to do this. That's why you see people who are like crackheads. They haven't killed their current self to get to the next level. That's why their current self keeps taking drugs, because it doesn't want them to become better. So let me use one of my students as an example. So number 006 of the White Room Program wants to become the best version of himself. And he's actually achieving it. He's working out, he's studying, he's reading books on certain subjects, master this subject. But before he goes to sleep every night, his current version of himself sees that he's making progress to level 10. So to make sure it doesn't go over level 1, it makes it horny and it convinces subject 006 to be his mean. Because another thing you have to realize is that your thoughts are actually you. You think your brain knows what it's doing when it's watching porn. It basically switches poses every time the brain poses. It gets dopamine so it doesn't really care. Hence, it tricks you into thinking you want to do it or that you actually have an urge. When all that's going on is that your brain just wants to feel pleasure unknowingly with what's actually going on. So it doesn't really know that you're going up, going on your phone, doing all this gay shit. It just knows that a switch is being flipped and all this dopamine is rushing in. So your thoughts are on your own, your urges are on your own. Your brain is basically just manipulating you into thinking that you actually want it, but when your soul actually doesn't want it. So I saw this happen to my students, so I taught my student how to kill themselves. I just gave him the gun and I told him to shoot. Nah, I'm joking. But this is how you do it. All you guys watching the video right now are probably working out, studying, etc. Doing the actions required to become to level 10. But you guys never make it to the other level. Because your current self doesn't want you to leave it and kill it off. So you guys still result in doing the bad actions. Although for some days you may be really disciplined, but your current self will never let it kill you entirely. So what should you do? This is what you should do. First you should identify resistance. I'm going to list out 30 forms of resistance that we all face. So let's begin. So fear, the most common. Not working because you're afraid of what's going to happen if you do. Then second, instant gratification. Not working because you want slash expect instant gratification. Doubt, not working because you have doubts about yourself or that it's even possible. Anxiety, not working because it makes you feel nervous, anxious or uncomfortable. Rationalization, not working because you rationalize not to do it. Learning, not working because you want to learn more about it first. Research, not working because you want to do more research first. Comfort, not working because you feel comfortable right now and don't want to feel uncomfortable. Perfection, not working because you want everything to be perfect before starting. Waiting, not working because you've got to wait to see if things change. You're waiting for that perfect moment. Justifying, not working because you justified it. Worked priorities, not working on the main thing because you're working on something else. So not working on your videos because you want a better profile picture. Distraction, not working because that thing keeps distracting you. Support, not working because you don't have the support or a fucking accountability partner. Feeling vulnerable, not working because it makes you feel vulnerable or psychologically exposed. Addiction, not working because you're addicted to something other than working. Criticism, not working because you criticize others at work or being critical of others instead. Denial, not working because you're in denial, refusing to see and accept the truth. Drama, not working because you're drawn to, create or move to drama in your personal life. Procrastination, not working because you're putting it off until tomorrow. And then self-love, not working because it makes you feel stupid and a bit of self-hatred. Self-loathing, not working because it makes you feel inadept and useless. Identity trap, not working because working would not be me. Routine, not working because you didn't have your usual coffee in the morning or you didn't sleep well. Entitlement, not working because you're entitled to not work and work is beneath you. Judging, not working because you're too busy judging people that aren't. Burnout, not working because you think you're too burned out to work. Opinion, not working because someone told you not to or to take a day off, etc. Uncertainty, not working because you're not sure how. And then pain avoidance, not working because work hurts. So I just listed 30 resistances and all of you guys probably experienced like probably like 20 of these. So now list your primary resistance forms below and add context. So like how does it, like when does it happen? And also things your current self does that stops you from reaching that level 10. So for example it makes you beat your shit before you sleep or it makes you procrastinate doing work, another form of resistance. It makes you watch videos such as these. You need to at least have 10 because you guys all have 10. You and I have some. You and I have 10. I'll make a doc for this in the description because you guys know where to go. So here's an example for myself. So something I would do if I was filling out this form. So one, burnout. Resistance has a tendency to convince me that I'm close to burnout and I should stop working. Truth is I once burned out horrifically and I am afraid of seeing that happen again. Two, pain avoidance. Sometimes resistance tries to overwhelm me by manipulating me into thinking the thing I need to work on will be really painful. So like making like 10 video scripts in one day, like it makes me think that oh this is gonna suck. Three, routine. Resistance has persuaded me that I need to complete like 30 minutes of meditation, 20 minutes of visualization, drink a coffee before I work when I smell fucking like that's being retarded. Number four, denial. Resistance has often has me in denial thinking I can act in stupid ways and get away for it. I'll often deny the truth. For example, if I binge watch YouTube all day, I won't pay a price when I always do. Number five, I would put up with learning. Resistance makes me think I need to learn a lot before taking action or something. So like before I started this channel, I thought oh I need to know how to edit, blah blah blah. You guys can tell that I don't know how to edit if you watch my old videos. Then six is comfort. Resistance has taken the form of extreme comfort, telling me I'm doing well, making me feel proud and happy with my situation, negating action. So now there's only one thing you need to do once you have all this ready and you have written down your 10 forms or more of resistance and what stops you from reaching level 10. So look at this photo. I got it from Charlie Morgan's Imperium Agency course. So as you see the photo right here, your desired self, your goal, and your current self and it's resistance. And you see the weapon is the word. So what you're trying to reach is your goal of becoming like Anikogi. The thing stopping us is the resistance we have lifted in our current self. Now only we can defeat this. The only way is with the work. Now this is the hardest part since I can say all of this but we're all going to have to face the pain because the only way we can kill our current self is by going through enough pain to unlock that level. And in the White Realm, Anikogi went through tremendous pain right when he was born. So what is our weapon? Like how can we like attack the dragon and save the princess? So it's the work. What is the work? The work is the only way you can keep resistance at bay and not fall to its charming, deceptive nature. I define the work as action. It's having the intelligence to figure out what to do and what you need to do, then doing it. In life, there is cause and there is effect. We must cause to effect. The work is the cause of the effect you so desire. Your goal is an effect and the only way to cause it is by doing the work which is a cause. So to boil it down, the work is forcing your body to take a physical action in spite of the resistance against it. I'm not talking about stupid shit such as like what, like work is not like being, or what's my YouTube profile going to be or I should watch this video to like become smarter. All the real shit that has a ROI. So when you work, resistance gets weaker and the stronger the resistance, the weaker it gets after you beat it. So eventually after taking a daily action on your goal for a long time, you will find that you've transcended yourself and you've made it to level 10. So the only path is work and the only way is work. You will often find that the resistance gets stronger the closer you get to the finish line. Your journey through the fire may be 101 miles long and I can guarantee you that at mile 100, you will face the most resistance possible. So your current self will emotionally hail Mary to shout at you. It will be hell. Your current self will do everything it can to stay alive. It knows you and it is you. It will use your weaknesses, your productivities, your impulses, your drives, your desires, everything. It will be like hell on earth to fight. So remember, when you go into hell, keep going. So now what is the work you do to come closer to your goal? This is where my job ends. I swear on everything in my life, you guys already know the answer. You already know how to become like Ankoji. You already know how to get to your goals and you already know how to get to level 10. You guys have seen too many of these videos to say you don't know. You guys have to inform your brain and set your head on hope. So thanks for watching. If you want to join my real life fight room server where me and 200 others are grinding fucking hard and have a whole 1 year roadmap, complete the test in the description because I'm really strict on who I let in because I don't let any fucker get in.
