The speaker discusses seven daily exercises to sharpen the mind and achieve mental excellence, inspired by the character Anakoji Kiyotaka. These exercises include strategic thinking drills, mental math and logic puzzles, reading and comprehension, meditation and mindfulness, physical exercise and coordination, memory training, and social engineering and observation. Consistent practice of these exercises can improve cognitive abilities, strategic thinking, and social acuity. The speaker emphasizes the importance of persistence and not giving up in the pursuit of mental excellence. Let's face it, Anakoji Kiyotaka isn't your average high school student. His intellect and strategic prowess are next level, almost superhuman. You want to get on his level, then you need to adopt some hardcore mental workouts. No more think positive nonsense. Here are 7 daily exercises to truly sharpen your mind like Anakoji. So let's start with Strategic Thinking Drills. 1. Anakoji's greatest asset is his ability to outthink his opponents. This isn't some innate superpower, it's a skill that's honed through relentless practice in the white room. So what I want you guys to do is start with daily strategic thinking drills. So engage in activities that require planning and foresight like chess or strategic video games such as Starcraft or Civilization. Then dedicate at least 30 minutes a day to these activities. Analyze your games afterwards to identify mistakes and areas for improvement. The goal here is to train your brain to think several steps ahead, anticipating and countering potential moves by your opponents. 2. Mental Math and Logic Puzzles Quick thinking and problem solving are crucial. Anakoji would abilitate standardized tests, not just because he's smart, but because he's practiced. Incorporate mental math exercises into your daily routine. Apps like Brilliant or Khan Academy offer daily problems to keep you sharp. Compare this with logic puzzles and brain teasers from books like The Art of Problem Solving or websites like Puzzle Road. Spend at least 20 minutes a day solving these puzzles. Over time this will enhance your cognitive speed and accuracy, making you more adept at handling complex problems on the fly. 3. Reading and Comprehension Anakoji isn't just a master strategist, he's also really well read and knowledgeable across various fields. Take time each day to reading, but don't just skim through light novels or popular fiction. Dive into dense, thought-provoking materials, classic literature, philosophical texts, scientific journals and even military strategy manuals. Aim for at least one hour of focused reading daily. After reading, summarize the key points and analyze the arguments presented. This exercise will improve your comprehension skills and expand your intellectual horizons, giving you a broader base of knowledge to draw from in strategic thinking and bringing you closer to Anakoji Kiyotaka's level. 4. Meditation and Mindfulness Mental sharpness isn't just about constant thinking, it's about clarity and focus. Anakoji demonstrates incredible composure under pressure, a trait that can only be developed through meditation and mindfulness practice. Spend 10-20 minutes each day meditating. Use apps like Headspace, Calm, or Medito if you're new to this. Focus on breathing and clearing your mind of distractions. This practice enhances your ability to concentrate, reduce stress, and improve your emotional regulation, making you as cool and connected as Anakoji in any situation. 5. Physical Exercise and Coordination A sharp mind needs a fit body. Physical exercises boost brain health by improving blood flow and reducing stress. Engage in daily physical activity, but with a twist. Incorporate exercises that require coordination and mental focus, so martial arts for instance. Not only improve physical fitness, but also enhance mental discipline and strategic thinking. Also, try activities like rock climbing or dancing, which demand both physical and cognitive engagement. Aim for at least 30 minutes of such exercises daily. The synergy of physical and mental exertion will sharpen your reflexes and enhance your overall cognitive performance. 6. Memory Training Anakoji's photographic memory isn't just pure fiction, it's something you can work towards. Memory training is crucial. Use techniques like the memory palettes or spaced repetition to retain information more effectively. Apps like Anaki can help you create flashcards with spaced repetition. Dedicate 15-20 minutes each day to memorize new information, be it vocabulary, historical dates, or scientific concepts. I also have a whole video on specific techniques, so I'll put a card up for it right now. Regularly review and update your flashcards to reinforce your memory. This consistent practice will significantly improve your recall ability, making it easier to retain and analyze information when needed. 7. Social Engineering and Observation One of Anakoji's underrated skills is his ability to read people and manipulate social situations. You can develop this by honing your observational skills and practicing social engineering techniques. Start by paying close attention to the body language, speech patterns, and behaviors of those around you. Like for example, a lot of you noticed in my videos that when I'm rambling and not using a script, I like to say like and and and maybe yo in my daily life, so you can recognize speech patterns like that, body language, etc. You'll see that in person. So, you want to dedicate time each day to people watching. Don't be a creep, but either in person or through medias like movies and TV shows. Practice interpreting what you observe and predicting people's actions. Engage in conversations where you subtly steer the interaction into the places that you want it to be. Practice influence and persuasion. So that's basically what I just said. The daily practice will enhance your social acuity, making you more adept at navigating complex social dynamics. So putting it all together, you want to be sharp as Anakoji. It's about more than just one or two habits. It's about a comprehensive, relentless pursuit of mental excellence. Implement these seven daily exercises consistently and you'll see significant improvements in your cognitive abilities, strategic thinking, and social acuity. And remember, Anakoji didn't become a master strategist overnight. So remember, pace yourself and do this. It doesn't matter if you're not consistent. Say you do it one day and you don't do it the other day, just at least try your best, keep going, and as long as you never give up, you won't fail. So thank you for watching. Peace on the street. If you want to join my one-year white room program, there's a 430-slide show about white room training, classes A to D. There's a special exam going on right now. The first special exam was deception of the vocabulary where each class had a secret word and they had to guess it. It was pretty fun. And this one is basically classes going toe-to-toe, doing challenges like push-ups, chess, etc. against each other in live calls. So thank you for watching and peace on the street.
