I was thrilled to see Albert King several times at the Fillmore Auditorium in San Francisco as a young man. He was dynamic and entertaining performer with great guitar chops. Called the Velvet Bulldozer for his large stature and velvety voice, he WAS a bulldozer equipment operator as a young man before he became a blues legend.
