The 79,487-acre Moose River Plains Complex includes the 64,322-acre Moose River Plains Wild Forest, the 2,907-acre Moose River Plains Corridor and the 12,258-acre Little Moose Wilderness. The Cedar River Flow is a remote 640-acre shallow lake within the complex, created by a dam on the Cedar River. It is an excellent wilderness paddling experience, with primitive campsites around the Flow. Access is by a boat carry; no motors are allowed on the Flow. (https://www.dec.ny.gov/lands/53596.html)
