In part 2 the psychiatrist office and the doctor herself changed until the older brother found her most interesting, so much so he tried to get her to go on dates. She refused, saying it would be unprofessional in their present situation, but maybe at a later time. She once again tried to get him "emotionally unstuck", unsuccessfully. He, meantime, remains bitter about his younger brother's antics and is determined to get revenge by making himself appear the only "worthwhile brother" to all.
