Henry's exterminator job leads him to a 'house of horrors' filled with cockroaches on the floor, the walls, the ceiling, and worst of all the one double bed. He tries to poison the bugs but fails. The experience convinces him to return to Texas Tech. Instead of graduating, he receives a job offer from Los Angeles, California and heads for there. Not the job he envisioned, Croaker and Snuffer think they've succeeded in finishing him off and are also delighted to hear of the Sub-Lord's downfall.
