Exhausted by troubles and failures and believing all is hopeless, Henry attempts to depart existence. His two cohorts, Snuffer and Croaker watch with glee, thinking they are victorious at last over the All-Seeing, All-knowing One. To their chagrin, however, Henry's old high school pal intrudes on the two demons' scheming and ruin their evil aspirations. To pay for his resulting counselling sessions, Henry takes a job as an exterminator helper with surprising results.
