In Dreamlandia, there is minimal law enforcement because citizens understand that there are no benefits to committing crimes. The society focuses on collective success, so individuals benefit from that. Though there are few law enforcement officers, they are well trained. The justice system in Dreamlandia is rehabilitative, with resources allocated to help convicts start afresh. Law enforcement should ideally be minimal, since citizens are aware that there are little to no benefits to committing crimes, as in Dreamlandia society, the individual benefits from the success of the collective. The number of those employed in law enforcement is minimal, however they are highly trained. The justice system in Dreamlandia is rehabilitative. We allocate many resources towards helping convicts move on from their past lives.
