Dreamlandia promotes sustainability through architectural movements like eco-brutalism. They offer communal housing and individual plots to live within the means of the land. Citizens can expand their space if needed. Dreamlandia believes housing is a human right for a prosperous society. In keeping with the desire to coexist rather than dominate our environment, Dreamlandia draws upon architectural movements like eco-brutalism that promote sustainability and the conservation of resources. We recognize that land on earth is finite, which is why Dreamlandia implements communal housing as well as individual plots. Once a citizen has left the home of their parents, they will live in a communal housing. If and when they find a companion with whom they want to form a unit, they will be given a plot of land. They may cultivate the land however they wish, so long as they are not wasting or over-consuming its resources, as each unit must live within the means of their plot. If a unit wishes to expand their space, for example, because they choose to have children, they can build upward. Dreamlandia believes that housing is a human right and that guaranteed housing is a necessary component of a prosperous global society.
