Dreamlandia operates on a credit system where everyone receives equal credits for basic needs and personal items. This ensures equal buying power regardless of occupation. Difficult jobs have shorter working times to maintain motivation. Each member is expected to perform their best, contributing to the society's prosperity and earning the same compensation. Dreamlandia is a class of society that operates using a credit system in which each person receives credits that are used to purchase both basic living needs and a few personal items for recreational use, keeping in mind that materialism is a detriment of society. Through the credit system, each person receives an equal amount of buying power regardless of their occupation. Although some might seek problems with this equal pay, this is resolved by adjustments to working time. More difficult jobs have to work for less time, so there is still equal motivation for each job. Each member of Dreamlandia is expected to perform to the best of their ability, whatever that may be. We believe that because every worker is fulfilling their maximum potential and therefore contributing as much as possible to Dreamlandia's prosperity, each member of society is entitled to the same compensation.
