The audio piece titled "Cleaning AM Radio" opens with the distinct hum of static, an unmistakable characteristic of an AM radio. The sound is fuzzy and seemingly random, like an old television screen filled with black and white dots. Amid the noise, you can hear slight traces of a distant station, a voice perhaps, or a song, but it's buried deep within the static. Suddenly, there is a shift in the sound. A noise that can only be described as 'scrubbing' emerges. It's a rhythmic, persistent noise that seems to sweep across the static, dominating the audio space. The scrubbing sound is akin to a coarse brush sweeping over a rough surface, back and forth, in a continuous motion. The static from the radio begins to decrease, falling into the background as the scrubbing sound continues its work. The distant, almost ghost-like traces of the radio station grow fainter, till they're nearly lost. The scrubbing sound then gradually fades away
