The illustration shows the difference between wrapped and unwrapped interferograms. Unwrapped ones are easier to understand and interpret than the wrapped ones. Here is the illustration about wrapped and unwrapped interferograms. You can see that the unwrapped interferogram is more intuitive to interpret than the wrapped one.
