A community of travelers in a region are facing a delay in their retreat due to a failure in checking their units. They offer to supply a radio for communication and assistance if their pursuit of the bandits is successful. Commander Morton, in charge of a strike team, accuses the residents of violating laws, including not paying taxes and assassinating Klan officials. He demands punishment according to the law. Us, we're no one special, just a community of like-minded travelers who occupy this region. We've banded together for our mutual benefits, sapient numbers I suppose you could say. I told you to check those units before you began the retreat, clearly you did no such thing. They should have gone off minutes ago, and yet here we are still waiting. How about this then, take the crawler for now, continue your pursuit. We can supply you with the radio, so you can keep in touch with us. If you do happen to find the bandit's location, you needn't risk a confrontation on your own. Just call it in, and we'll be only too happy to roll out there and lend a hand. Attention, residents of this bunker. My name is Commander Morton, and I'm in charge of the strike team that's currently taking action against you. I'm going to keep this brief, so I suggest you listen very carefully to every word I have to say. Your facility has been found in violation of the laws laid down by myself and the Klan Council. As the rightful owner of these lands, the Klan demands that certain obligations are met. Not only have you failed to pay the tax or tithe as decreed by law, but you have also been found guilty of the assassination of Klan officials on no less than fourteen separate occasions. This is a despicable transgression against the Klan, and must be punished to the full extent of the law.
