The person is still working and acknowledges receiving a message. They express concern about making sense during the previous conversation. They discuss the impact of working remotely on their mental health, feeling more tired and depressed at home. They find it helpful to be around others doing the same work. They believe they would be more productive in a shared workspace. They admit to getting more sidetracked at home due to having many other tasks to do. They appreciate the opportunity to focus on work without distractions at the job. They conclude the conversation by thanking the other person for answering their questions. I'm still working. I just saw your message and, um... Okay. I'll tag it. I don't feel like I made any sense the first time. I know. I'm worried too, but... If it doesn't work out, that's fine. I already... It'll be fine. Alright. Okay, so... How does working remotely affect your mental health when compared to going into an office or something? I tend to get more tired and depressed, I think, at home. Um... I think that I need the, uh... I think it helps me to be around other people kind of doing the same work to, uh... to help me with that. So, does that mean that you find it to be more productive as well? It would... Yes, I think I would be more productive in the shop, in the shop with other people rather than by myself. Okay. Um... There's one more question. Productive... motivation... Oh! Do you get more sidetracked at home? Yes. Absolutely. I have a million and one things to do at home. When I'm on the job, after job, there's only one thing to do and that's the job. But at home, I could be doing a million other things, so it's a lot more difficult to calm my mind and to be able to spend all of my efforts on, you know, focusing on the work that I'm doing here behind the torch, working this lab. Yeah, it's easier to stay focused on one thing compared to a billion things. When I'm sitting around in my own mess, I just want to clean it up, but I could spend the rest of my life cleaning it up. But when I'm at work, obviously I'm not around all that, so I don't have to think about cleaning out my car or doing the dishes or any of that business. But when I'm home, it's definitely way easier to get sidetracked. You know, by phone calls and stuff. Oh, what? Well, thank you for answering this one.
