Health disparities in rural communities are mainly found in lower socioeconomic areas. These disparities are seen in areas like poor living conditions, lack of education, limited resources for health issues, lack of community outreach, and insufficient funds for a healthy environment. The upper and middle classes have better access to food, healthcare, and a positive environment, while the lower class faces challenges in obtaining food, healthcare, and a balanced lifestyle. The Biden administration aims to address these disparities through the American Rescue Plan by reducing poverty, lowering costs, creating jobs, improving access to healthcare, and enhancing education. However, rural communities often face obstacles due to lower education levels, making it difficult for them to understand and utilize available resources. Solutions to prevent health disparities include affordable healthcare, community resources like food banks and after-school programs, public transportation for docto Health disparities in rural communities. Health disparities mostly occur in lower socioeconomic areas in the U.S. Health disparities occur in key areas of early health issues, like poor living, adequate education, resources for health issues, lack of community outreach, and funds to support overall needs of a healthy environment. A healthy environment is usually identified through statistics related to lower socioeconomic problems, as mentioned before. But it can also be characterized within the class of families that represent America. You have the upper class, you have the middle class, and you have the lower class. We all know that the upper class and the middle class often display that they are adequately supplied with the amount of food that needs to have three balanced meals a day, as well as access to adequate health care and also a positive environment to balance their lifestyle. Whereas in the lower class families, they are often challenged with obtaining food, maintaining three meals a day, lacking adequate health care, and they are also faced with challenges of a positive, balanced environment for enhanced life. Are these statistics resources that we have available? Yes, they are. Because we are talking about rural disparities that causes health care issues. Fortunately, the Biden administration made a serious connection to rural communities through the American Rescue Plan. Flashing poverty, lowering costs, gaining new jobs, economic opportunities, expanding access to health care, and better education. These goals can be achieved by learning and looking into professional development, establishing rules of standards, operating procedures, and being self-aware. Being self-aware in the rural communities is a positive implementation of the resources that they use. But as we know, in the rural communities, they are often challenged with lower educational, skills, which sometimes distracts or becomes obstacles for resources that they are informed with, that they don't understand, that they are familiar with, that they cannot use, or in order to contact the necessary resources. However, there are resources for those living in the rural communities that are faced with health disparities. Solutions to prevent health disparities are most likely to be found among affordable health care. Also, creating community resources that provide local food banks, after-school programs, and a clothing bank. Providing public transportation for the doctors and parents to improve their health issues. Choosing community health care workers. Aided with keeping and informing individuals of benefits available and provided for one's everyday needs. As a community health care worker myself, I must say the experience that I have come across when it comes to providing health care resources, information, for those who are needy in the rural area, it's pretty heartbreaking to talk it is true. Information given is not information understood. Information for communities is not information followed. Resources available are not resources found. Some of the people's inability to travel, inability to learn, inability to reach out and get a response. Therefore, it is our commitment as those organizations of delegates, resources at hand, to share the health care.
