A young woman in this task scenario sets daily and weekly goals on a goals page. Each goal can be customized to indicate if she wants to go over or under a certain amount. The green bar indicates that she has met the goal, while the red bar indicates that she hasn't. She also logs her calories on a separate page to compare with her workouts. The dates on the logged foods help her track her energy levels. She then looks at simple workouts on a finder page and logs her workout for the day. Finally, she checks her goals to see automatic updates as she logs her calories and workout time. This is task scenario 10. The young woman in this task scenario first goes into the goals page so that she can create her daily and weekly goals so it's easy to make sure she's hitting those goals. Each goal can be customized to indicate if she wants to go over or under that certain amount. The green bar indicates that she has met that goal and the red bar indicates that she hasn't yet. She then goes into the log calories page so that she can review logged foods later on and use that to compare for how much energy she has had for each workout. The dates for each food indicates what day she ate that food so she can easily compare that with her workout. She then goes to the workout finder page so that she can look at some simple workouts to start out with and then later on build up to a higher difficulty in her workouts. She then goes to log her workout for the day and lastly she checks on her goals for that day to see how the goals automatically update as she logs her calories and workout time.
