"Kitty Kalimba" by Witchwire. The melody comes from "Kitty Alone," a traditional children's folksong from Appalachia. The FX are many kinds of reverbs, delays/echoes, and timestretching – some using guitar pedals, some software. The kalimba comes from the mbira, a kind of 'thumb piano' traditional to the Shona people of Zimbabwe. It was created by an ethnomusicologist who wanted to popularize/westernize the mbira in the 1950s. It's often considered a kids' instrument here.
