So, find a comfortable seated position. Let's take a few moments to ground and recharge. Find a quiet and comfortable place to sit or lie down. Take a few deep breaths and allow yourself to relax. As you inhale, imagine yourself breathing in energy and vitality. As you exhale, visualize any tension or stress leaving your body with each breath. Now imagine roots growing from the soles of your feet, connecting you to the earth beneath you. Visualize these roots growing deeper and deeper into the earth, anchoring you to the ground. As you focus on these roots, imagine yourself being filled with a warm and comforting light, soothing any anxious thoughts or feelings. Repeat these words to yourself. I am grounded in my power source. I am strong, centered, and rooted in my being. Visualize yourself surrounded by a warm and protective light and allow yourself to sink into this feeling of safety and security. As you continue to breathe deeply, feel the energy of the earth flowing through your roots and into your body. Feel your body becoming more and more centered and allow any negative or distracting thoughts to melt away. When you're ready, take a few more deep breaths and slowly open your eyes.
