Nothing to say, yet
The Frost Monarch is described as cocky and condescending. He tends to panic when faced with stronger foes. In a fight against Jin-Wu, he almost killed him with the help of his allies, but was interrupted by Sun Tzu Hai-Wan. The Frost Monarch summoned a massive ice storm and sliced off Hai-Wan's arm, but was ultimately defeated by Jin-Wu. The next character will bring some positivity to the series. And now, breaking into the top five, we have the Frost Monarch. He's cocky, condescending, and does not like to play to the odds or get ahead of his own plans. However, when he was up against foes who were superior to him in strength, he tended to act panicked and even reckless, as displayed by how he impatiently urged the other monarchs to help him kill the Shadow Monarch's vessel, without realizing just how risky it was. In his last fight against Jin-Wu, he almost killed our protagonist with the help of his allies, before Sun Tzu Hai-Wan interrupted in the middle. After Jin-Wu had gained all of Ashborn's powers, the Frost Monarch refused to back down as he summoned a huge ice storm, slicing off Hai-Wan's left arm in the process. However, he was demolished by an angry Jin-Wu. Disagree with the list so far? Drop your own list in the comments below. You must be pretty exhausted seeing only monarchs in this list.
