Nothing to say, yet
The transcription talks about the concept of "ruach" and "pneuma," which mean wind, spirit, and breath of God in Hebrew and Greek. It encourages listeners to close their eyes, feel the breath of God, and allow it to bring light and transformation to empty and dark places. The importance of God's spirit being present in every aspect of life is emphasized. The passage also mentions the story of dry bones coming to life through God's breath, and Jesus breathing the Holy Spirit onto his disciples. The message encourages listeners to receive and release the life-giving breath of God in their daily lives. Ruach in Hebrew, pneuma in Greek, wind, spirit, the breath of God. Close your eyes and listen. In Genesis 1-3, in the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth, and the earth was formless and empty, darkness was over the surface of the deep, and the spirit, the ruach, the breath of God, was hovering over the waters. Breathe, breathe deep. Feel the ruach, the spirit, the very breath of God, as it hovers and moves over you. Feel his breath, his spirit, take it in. Allow it to blow over and through any empty or dark place you're aware of. As you exhale, release the emptiness and darkness, and let the Lord's creative power bring light. Continue breathing in and out, in and out, in and out, allowing the exchange of emptiness and darkness for substance and light. Rest in this place. Psalm 139-7, where can I go from your spirit, your ruach, your breath? Where can I flee from your presence? Continue your breathing in and out, in and out. Consider the story of your life's journey, all the places you've been, physically, emotionally, spiritually. As memories of these places and experiences rise to the surface, contemplate the truth that his breath, his spirit, his ruach was with you in every one of those places, the joyful and the sorrowful, the peaceful and the chaotic. Take a few moments to notice him in those places and rest in this moment. Continue your deep breathing. Ezekiel 37, 4, 5, and 14. Dry bones, hear the word of the Lord. This is what the Sovereign Lord says to these bones. I will make breath, my ruach, my spirit enter you, and you will come to life. I will put my spirit, my ruach, my breath in you, and you will live. Breathe in, breathe out, in, out, in, out. Feel the ruach, the breath, the spirit of the Sovereign Lord descend into every part of your being, into your very bones. Receive the life of God into the dead and dry places in the recesses of your soul. Feel life awaken and revive and rest in this place. Continue your deep breathing. John 20, 21 through 22. Again, Jesus said, peace be with you. As the Father has sent me, I am sending you. And with that, he breathed on them and said, receive the Holy Spirit, the pneuma, the very breath of God himself. As you continue breathing, inhale the exhale of Jesus right now in this moment. Feel its warmth. Experience the energizing life of the pneuma, Holy Spirit breath of God flowing through every part of you, spirit, soul, and body. Notice what it feels like as it fills you to overflowing. Take joy in it. The very pneuma life breath of God fills you. As you exhale, begin to release and breathe out the spirit life with which you've been filled. As you continue through your day today, exhale the spirit life breath of God wherever you go. Let it out in your words, your actions, your presence. Be aware today of the fullness of the pneuma spirit breath of God within you and release it to the world around you.
