What do you do here and what takes up most of your time and just a normal week? So, usually I have some IELTS 35 assessments. So, different companies, these days are the prime time. So, you send us these questionnaires that the employees have filled out and I read through them and try to figure out, like for task purposes, whether they fall inside or outside, just distributing them and then preparing a report. I usually have, like, I have three days. It'll take me, like, quite a bit of time, three, four hours to get to all of them. I also have case-by-case stuff. So, in a week I might have one or two interviews, which is fine, just interviewing them, similar to what you're doing with me right now. And figuring out if they're, like, in line for the registration, watching the employment contracts, and then prepare reports for them. That's something that I do in the area, just assisting them with anything they need. I'll usually have some forms of contracts with you in the week. I did something at Harlem, a job interview, and it is not quite done. So, that's something that, yeah, I can probably, you know, take off my plate. Sometimes I'll just form some kind of an addendum or a variation agreement or a quality-of-life assessment, something along those lines. So, drafting bits and pieces of contracts. That's what I do. I'll probably have a research project. So, some really specific, like, very simple questions, like how to go about creating a contract for a project that I can probably write. It's also something that the AI can probably help with. Yeah, I think that's just my day-to-day. Where do you think you spend more time in your week than in your life? Like, where do you spend it more often? There's a lot of admin stuff that I think all of us do. I think that, given there's a lot of time, I would say it's very tedious. Yeah. Filling out forms, updating spreadsheets, or just making sure that we have the right files. I don't think the AI can take over that, so that's definitely something that is not very interesting. It's my job, it takes a while. Yeah, and it takes up a few hours of work, does it? I think, yeah, it must add up to a few hours, for sure. And it's just part of the day-to-day, updating spreadsheets. Yeah. Also, kind of, it's my job. Like, everyone else has more important things to do. If AI can't, I guess someone's got to do it, isn't it? Yeah. Which documents do you produce most often? And, like, how much is bespoke work? Um... Just documents where I produce them most often. I mean, usually there's been a lot of bad outcomes of radiation treatment, because they're female-to-female. And I would take, yeah, some forms of reviewing, just to see, really often. And I would say out of 35, that's it, yeah. I think so. Yeah. And how much comes from precedent? That's a good question for me. Oh, you mean in that sense? Yeah, I think, like, a bit. Because even when we're launching something new, whether it be a contract or whether it be an assessment for radiation, we usually have to have this to go by. Like, if I'm writing a, you know... Yeah, I think, for sure, a lot of the questions we already have. And I think this farm is really good for having lots of caretakers. And I think it's a huge, like, time-saver to just build it up rather than build everything from scratch. And even if not on the farm internally, sometimes we go on Practical Law, and it'll find stuff there to give them this information to work off of. So I would say, like, almost... What's Practical Law? Like a website? Yeah, Practical Law is a... It's something that you should... So there's a couple of websites that are sort of well-known, and they're all not too confused, sort of universally. And you should look into them all day, even outside of, like, the farm. So, like, there's Census, Practical Law, Harvey... I think that's the most common thing. There's just, like, resources that everyone uses. There's Census for every kind of, you know, contract or document the lawyer might come for. They have cases, they have, you know, on most of the pain medications. It's really, really helpful. And we use that as well. I'll keep that in mind. Yeah, you should. I'll write that one down somewhere. Do you have a login as well, if you need it? I think I have one. A login? Oh, nice. I might have to look that up as well. What task takes up the most time but adds the least value from the client's perspective? Admin work, I think. I mean, that's a reasonable point. I appreciate that. But yeah, probably that... Yeah, probably admin work. Yeah, and do you think admin work can have any sort of... like, have AI help in any way? Or is it... Do you think it's just all, like, sort of got to stay manual? That's a good question. No, it's just the same. I think it could... It's also admin work. It is quite important. And I don't think that even if I did it and you would then review it, I don't know how much... how much of a time saver that would be. I'm not sure how to say that. I don't think people have that opportunity to do it. Yeah, what sort of work is admin work? So, it's just like... That's what we have if it's a new client. And they have ID documents. They have what contract they want. There's, you know, how much money they have to pay, what invoices have to go out, and their inspections we have, every copy and everything, what we've had with clients, how much money they have, stuff like that. And then there's the web sales, all the draft deals. I'll name all of that. I can show it to you. Please. Because to me, admin work just sounds like an umbrella term, so I don't really... It's more like... filling out, like, credentials and stuff like that. Yeah. That does sound like quite repeatable work. Yeah. Do you think it's quite low judgment as well? Do you think you need quite a degree of judgment? Not really. So, this is like every client we have, and how much does it add? Right, so... How much does it add? The documents they need. Just having all of our docs in a row, basically, you have to keep in, like, your docs' work. But outside of spreadsheets, we also have fresh sales. I think fresh sales should be in the scene. Yeah. That's the AI, isn't it? Yeah, isn't it? Fresh sales? No. It's just a system that we use to keep everything in check. So, all of that is someone's credit card, and it's me. I don't... And these are, like, all of the information about particular clients, adding all of their contacts, and emails, and numbers. I did this. And, like, it's just not fun. It took me, like, a long time. Oh my god. Yeah. But I want to say, like, it is so nice having all this in one place, so... It just makes it so much easier. It's a lot of fun, I think. Yeah. Do you think it would be possible for it to be taken off your hands in that way, by AI, or...? You know, I think that it should be, but I think the problem... So, you have a spreadsheet. Technically, all you do is copy-paste, right? You just... You have all the information, and I put it here. But I don't know if there's AI systems that can access some of your different files, and then access the website, and do it for me. But... I'm not sure. But if there is, do you think... do you think that'd be quite revolutionary for you? I think it would be. You know, and now that we've got Android, that's my favorite. You know? If you could remove one recurring file from your week, what would it be? Would it be admin work? Yeah, it would be. Pretty easy question. Although, it's really... I think what AI actually can do is probably more browsing. Yeah. That's something I wouldn't want it to do, because I enjoy it. But I know that there's lots of AIs now that genuinely can drop entire file tracks, they can drop entire variation agreements, and now all you do is review. Yeah. I think that is definitely something that AI can do. So I think... The only thing that's concerning about that is about the confidentiality, sorry. Isn't it? So, that's the only problem. So, my understanding is that's the problem with AI2D3, and it's only three models. But, there are some AI models that our firm doesn't use, like Harvey, if you really look into Harvey, because they don't have problems with confidentiality. They're very, very secure, and they're not open source. So, only the firm can access the information from inside the AI. So, there's no problem with confidentiality. But this firm doesn't use it yet. So, whether it's in the New York area, I don't know. I think it's used mostly in America. But, it's not all known. Like, media rights are introduced to use it, and it would take off so much work, like, truly. Like, I was so inspired by Harvey, like, I do everything that Harvey can do to make sure it works. Maybe I won't try until then. Yeah, no. I like my job. So, how many hours per month do you think this, yeah, it doesn't work in every case, then, all of this work that could maybe, in theory, like, sort of, be taken off your hands by AI? I think this month it's been more hours, just because we've been updating this recently. So, it should take, like, at least a dozen or so, maybe more. But I think in the future it should be less, because we only have to update it one time at a time, and I have to update, like, a hundred times because we haven't been. So, if we stay on top of it and do it consistently, it probably won't take that long. Right? It could be, like, 30 minutes a day rather than, like, an hour. So, I think Maria will just be able to update us a lot of the time. We've spoken with Maria about this, I think, in particular. She handles all this AI stuff, and that's a lot of natural work. Yeah. Oh, I can't wait. Where is information hard to find? Like, does it live in old files or precedents or emails? I think it's difficult to use. It was difficult for me to, I think, use it early on because I didn't have no idea what it was. So, I think now I'm comfortable with it. I think it's a learning process but it is, like, intuitive. Where is difficult? Email. Yeah. Sometimes, if I'm searching for, like, an obvious word or a contract that was sent to a client email, they all get it but I don't have that. Yeah. So, for me, like, I really have to buzz once and be like, so, I have this email that I can't access. I think if everyone had access to that, that would be helpful. And again, searching for emails is annoying. I think that, like, someone else's knowledge, like, is that quite easy to get from round there and everyone else's, it's quite approachable, isn't it?
