Tom from Tasmanian Times interviewed someone about the possibility of another state election soon after the last one. The interviewee expressed skepticism about the impact of voting, feeling that the government always ends up doing what it wants regardless of public opinion. The interviewee seemed jaded and resigned to the idea that the system is not working effectively. Hi there, my name's Tom from the Tasmanian Times, we're just in the area asking people about there could be another state election around the corner, a few months after the last one, whether you think that's a good or bad thing, and it sort of ties into the podium a bit. I don't really want to do it unless it's a young woman, because if it comes up, it comes up. Going to vote, you don't really have much say about it for you. Do you think about, because Jeremy Roxas could go to the Governor and say, I want no election, or MPs could work out something among themselves? Do you think they should do that? Do you think there should be another election? Well, it's the way I feel about the Government, it doesn't matter what we say or what we do or how we vote. The Government always gets in. The Government will always get in and do whatever it gets the Government to do. I mean, that's because of how the Australia sector is working. Or not working. Or not working at this stage. You sound cynical. Or jaded, or over it. I'm over it. It doesn't matter what we do or what we don't do. It's just going to be how it is, no matter what happens. That's it. Thanks for coming.
