Z Etudy č. 24 z op. 60 pro kytaru od Carcassiho (1792–1853) vznikla volnou rekompozicí pro violoncello a klavír romantická „Nostalgie“, vyjadřuje tiché ohlédnutí a vzpomínky, které mě provázely při tvorbě. Původní kytarový part přebírá klavír, zatímco nové violoncello se stává rovnocenným partnerem a vede s ním jemný dialog. Melodické oblouky a protihlasy rozvíjejí původní hudbu. Vzniklo tak tiché, poetické dílo, které dýchá duchem romantismu a možná právě proto v sobě nese něco nadčasového. SR
