"Baron Olsson och andra historier" is a collection of short stories written by Sigge Strömberg, a Swedish author and journalist. Born as Sigfrid Strömberg on December 22, 1885, in Gothenburg, he practiced journalism in Minneapolis from 1904 to 1905 before returning to Sweden to work in the provincial press. He was a part of the newly established Vecko-Journalen from 1910 to 1913 and served as the editor-in-chief of Allt för Alla from 1914 until his death on March 3, 1920. Shortly before his passing, he also took on the role of editor for the humor magazine Kasper. As an author, Strömberg primarily wrote adventure stories and books for boys.
