"We Had Another Video" Female AH Maybe

This is on NR 9, recorded on my iPad on May 20, 2023. "We have another video." Female I can't tell if this is auditory hallucinations or not. Looking at a spectrogram, there are slight speech harmonic evidence, but, it's at like 400 hz, which is rather low for female speech. The increase of dB at 400 hz correlates with the words heard, but it also almost appears as FM, frequency modulation, because there is a inconsistent band at 400 hz as well.
