Initially released in 1958, this four-movement organ suite is inspired by Gregorian Chants. The first trio of movements stem from the introit, offertory, and communion of the Feast of Immaculate Conception, observed on December 8th. The concluding movement takes its cue from the Kyrie and the Dismissal from the Mass for Feasts of the Blessed Virgin (Beata Virgine) Missa Cum Jubilo, all of which can be found in the Liber Usualis.
