Random Access

Random Access, a composition for pre-recorded electronics, was created as a tribute to the renowned Avant-Garde composer Larry Austin, who held the title of Professor Emeritus at the University of North Texas. Austin was recognized for his contributions to electronic and computer music and was closely associated with influential figures like John Cage, Karlheinz Stockhausen, and Leonard Bernstein. Austin passed away on December 30, 2018. Random Access can be paired with another composition, One for Larry.
