Lars Ek, a renowned accordionist from Stockholm, Sweden, is celebrated for his exquisite renditions of pieces by Pietro Frosini and Nisse Lind, as well as over 100 of his own compositions. He commenced his accordion journey at the tender age of 5, making his radio debut just a year later in 1953, followed by his first television appearance in 1958. Lars Ek is not only a performer, but also an educator, providing accompaniment for a variety of artists, and touring extensively both domestically and internationally.
