"La Charmeuse" for piano Op. 72, No. 21

Length: 9 minutes 21 seconds (2004). The piece can be likened to a waltz with undertones of Chopin, Schubert, Strauss, and more. It's an unscripted comprovisation, a fusion of composition and improvisation that manages to keep a common motif throughout. Despite its improvised structure and other musical elements, the melody and counterpoint details are added in retrospect. It's a unique piece, the likes of which I haven't seen from any other composers. This kind of comprovisation is quite rare.
