"In dulci jubilo", which translates to "In sweet rejoicing" in Latin, is a classic Christmas Carol. The melody was adapted several times by Johann Sebastian Bach, such as in BWV 368 as a chorale; in BWV 608 for organ as a double canon within his Orgelbüchlein; and in BWV 729 as a chorale prelude. It's clear that he held a deep affection for the melody, and it's easy to see why. This version of BWW 368 closely mirrors the four original voices from the chorale. Additionally, the musical notation is accessible.
