From Ode 17 of the Odes of Solomon

This is the final piece from a trio of choral arrangements by Greg Bartholomew, inspired by text from the Odes of Solomon, and performed by the Ars Brunensis Chorus. The Odes of Solomon, thought to be composed around 100 A.D., share significant similarities with the Dead Sea Scrolls. The origin and religious affiliation of these Odes - whether Jewish, Christian or Gnostic, and whether initially penned in Greek, Hebrew or Syriac - are subjects of scholarly debate. Early Christian texts make references and citations to these Odes.
