This composition is an adaptation of a Telemann's piece that draws parallels between different female associations and the absence of any. The secondary flute role is created from a two-octave transformation of the deepest part of the background music. David Warin Solomons is credited with this adaptation, while the embellishments and execution are the works of Dr. Robert David Billington, featuring Emma Mellinger on the second flute.
