"Biedermeier Infrunitions" for piano Op. 71, No. 14

Length: 8 minutes and 33 seconds, created in 2003. This piece is an improvisational composition from my piano series "24 Interludes", specifically Opus 71. The modulation techniques used are extraordinary and have been compared favorably to those of Schubert. Lenny Cavallaro, a fellow composer, has praised them highly. David Solomons, another composer, has also commended the frequent use of modulation, stating that it has a pleasingly mind-bending quality.
