So if you are doing business and you really want to go far, your number one thing is segregating. I don't know if you get that. People should be able to tell people that, don't worry, I trust that guy. They will need their own trust to be able to go for it. So the person would only accept that deal because the person trusts you. For someone to trust you, that means these guys have gone through this more than once. Your white was your white, your black was your black. So I've heard people say, sometimes I've heard people say, we saw each other somewhere, because of the fact that we trust you. That's why I'm buying from you. I say yes, you are paying for that trust. Being trustworthy is not something that is very cheap. It's real business. So if I'm giving my truck, I've been putting that, then there's a price to pay for that. So it's not a big deal if I charge a shot for being trustworthy. You know that if you, if I tell you it's suspect, you'll need to wait. If I tell you it's brand, if I tell you it's used, I will not sell it for you as brand. No matter what. No matter how clean you use it, I will not sell you as brand. So that trust part is something that has affected many businesses today. That's why most people don't last long in business. If you can't deal with that, you can't be the legacy. Legacy. Oh, thank you. Thank you. Okay. Now to move on to, you know, team development and mentorship. And I'm going to ask, you know, kind of like one or two questions here. So why is it important for you to mentor your staff and apprentices? Because if you want to be the legacy, you need to stretch out. You need to stretch out. This is how you put out, this is how you put out a representative. This is how you put out talking about you. This is how you put out sitting behind your back. So building people is something that is a natural thing. Either you are building them intentionally or not, you are building them. Because they wake up every morning, they see you, they wake up every morning to follow your decision and everything. So if you either build them intentionally or not intentionally, you are building them. So what you need to focus on is, am I doing something right? Are they getting to accumulate the writing from me? So I have a situation where I have people that I see, that's what I do. I see them repeating. I've seen them pick up books that they are reading, which I didn't tell them to go and read those books. I let them know that they are reading the book. After hours, I am downloading them. So that's something I'm not building intentionally, but it's building them. When we are there, they are copying that lifestyle. So they are being influenced by it. So you are not building intentionally or not intentionally, but you are building people when we are there. So I get to the office tomorrow and I start doing some bad activities. Then I would copy it to one way or the other. Because most of them see me as a role model. They have a dream of becoming an artist. Either someone like me or something better than I am. So the artist has to start somewhere. And it's not even a platform to start. So at least one way or the other, they will be influenced by my everyday decisions, what I do every day. So on that note, I am always very conscious of what I do around them. And I make sure I, and I used to tell them, please, the good parts is what you should copy. You see those bad ones. But everything that you see good about me, you are free to copy it. But the bad ones, just leave it for me and my girls. Just leave it. You kind of answered that one question very well for that segment. I would like to ask, we are getting towards the end of the conversation. What does success mean to you today compared to when you first started? Well, what success means? Everybody has a goal. So your goal, your determination and everything is more or less like a football team. The only time you would see them successful is when they win against the other teams. Do you understand? So success is more of what you get. I don't know if you are getting it. So for instance, if a team is playing football. I don't know much about football. But I think it's the main field that I know about football. If a team is playing and the only time they are successful in that process is when they win against the other team. I don't know if you understand what I am saying. So success, everybody's success and everybody's determination are not the same. Yeah, I agree. So you understand. So your success determination is not the same as mine. The level at which I am now, successful is success. But the level at which I am now, to me is good. Because I have grown from where I used to be to where I am right now. And I am still growing. But to some people, if they can attain where I am at the moment, they are certainly right. I don't know if you are following. Yeah, I am. I am. So the question, can you tell me about the question? What does success mean to you to be compared to when you first started? Well, I can tell you that when I started and where I am today, I would not have been able to make it. I can't say that I am successful yet. Hmm. If you ask me why, I told you something earlier, that if you have a destination, any bus stop is not your bus stop. Bus stop. So you understand. I can't tell you that I am successful. I can't say I am a successful entrepreneur. But all I want to do is legacy. Household name. How many households are using my product yet? Am I growing? Yes, I am growing. Am I successful? Not yet. I am still on the track. I am still on the track to success. Because I have not been able to attain my goal. I have not gotten to my destination. By the time I can wake up in the morning and I know that, okay, one million persons is using my product. If you ask, okay, what guys are using affordable gadgets? What guys are using affordable gadgets? What guys are using yet? Then I can tell you, yes, I am a successful person. I have been able to build a legacy. Beautiful. Oh, I like your definition. That's impressive. Well done. Moving on. Moving on. Who is that one person that has influenced your journey the most? Well, my mom. My late mom, rather. My mom is an entrepreneur. And I grew up watching her. I learned everything from her. And the moment I defined who I wanted to be was when I read, while I was still in junior high school, I think two or three, I read a book, Rich Dad's Product. And I brought that book back to real life scenario. And I used my mom and my dad as an example. And I chose my path from that book. Rich Dad's Product, I don't know if you are familiar with that book. Yes, I am. Yes, I am. So, my mom and dad was what I used as case study when I was reading the book. Because they were perfect for case study of that book. So, and I think that helped me. And my mom was someone else. She was not as successful as I wanted or what I was looking at. But I knew for business, kind of manufacturing arts, something that I kept in my mind. And making it a decision. While I was still in school, I've always said I was not going to work for anybody. I want to start my own, I want to have my own brand. I want to employ people. And that's what she had also practiced. While my dad was working in a company, my mom was building her own legacy. Which the same legacy she built was the same that my older brother is using today. The same brand she built before she left. Before she left. My dad brought up on something else. The brand has been a global brand now. It exports globally at the moment now. So, it's something I want to build as well. Something I can build. A brand I can build and my own kids can take over from it. And they will not have to start from scratch. They will just follow an existing protocol and they can run the business conveniently. Great. We are still resting in peace. That's very impressive. We've learned a lot tonight. And as we are closing, I'd like to ask, I'd like to ask, are there any exciting projects or innovations that we should watch out for from your brand? Well, there are many. As I said earlier, I cannot tell you that I'm successful yet. Because I'm not going to see my birthstone. I'm not even close. So, you should watch out for more. We just launched our own charger two months ago, January. And we're almost sold out of our first production. We are working on our next production. And before the year runs out, we should deliver our products into the system. That's not a word for you. Congratulations. We are not there yet. We are still on the way. I mean, for the one that has happened, it's impressive. And we should definitely, you know, we should definitely be congratulated for that. Well done. And we understand that we have to expect more from this brand. We are looking forward to it. Is there any other thing you'd like to add to that? No, for now. All right. If people could remember one thing about you and Affordable Gadgets, what would you want it to be? What would you want it to be? Me? Me is different. The brand is different because I have my own life. And the brand is on its own. Even if I'm not around, the brand will still stand. So, me and the brand, we are different entities. We are different entities. So, if you want to talk about a brand, if you are involved in a brand, as people sometimes tell me, the reason why we come back to you is for the fact that you are looking for the best. It might be expensive, but we can trust you. We can, because we are getting value for your money. So, that's for the brand. But for me, the thing that is good about it, a lot of people talk about, is some review that you can tell. You don't know yourself as much as people that are driving you know you. But sometimes you can like yourself. You can feel like that. That's not one of our reactions, it's one of our reactions. Until you meet someone that can tell you the truth like that, you are overreacting. She understands. So, me as a person, if I want to be remembered, I just want to work for the impact that I will make. I like that approach. I like that approach. Interesting. The brand and me, we are different entities. I always try to be responsible for you, impact. To make sure we are different. Yes. Okay, okay. Great. Okay, we are getting to the very, very end. I have one last question for you. And it is important. If you were to give yourself an award for your journey so far, what would that award be called? And why do you think you deserve it? Now, I say this question is important because it's going to form the name of this edition of my award, The Conversation. So, if you were to give yourself an award for your journey so far, what would that award be called? And why do you think you deserve it? Well, I cannot. It is not possible for me to award myself, share any terms. Because, really, I was thinking about my mom. My mom would not always praise you until you reach, if you are supposed to get to, for instance now, you are supposed to get a job done in two hours. You get a job done in three hours. You do, you get it done. But when you finish three, it's not the same as expected. She would still not get that praise. She would still talk you down. And what does that teach me? It teaches you to do more, improve. I don't know if you understand what I'm saying. I understand what you're trying to say. So, I have always, I came from a situation whereby you don't celebrate mediocrity. Partial disobedience is disobedience. All disobedience is disobedience. If you are meant to get something done, for instance now, I have a vision of being an household name. And I, my time runs ten years. And at twelve years, I'm still struggling to actually die. I don't deserve anything. I just want you to go and work harder. Do you understand? Okay, okay. I think I understand what you're saying. I need to go and work harder. Okay, I understand what you mean. But the whole purpose of this question is we understand that, yes, I totally and perfectly understand where you're coming from, right? But at the same time, right, there's been a journey. And this question is just to force you to reflect on, okay, not necessarily, you know, pop balloons kind of award. So it could be like, okay, this journey so far has been about, has been on because I've been resilient, for example. So it could be a resilient award. It could be courage. Yes, what I've been doing so far has been due to the fact that I've been courageous. So it doesn't necessarily mean, you know, full-on celebration. But, you know, you reflecting on how the journey, just, you know, one word to qualify how your journey has been so far. You understand? So I want you to like, you know, think. I understand you. Yes, to think about the words that best qualify your journey so far. The only word I feel qualifies my journey so far is consistency. Because I've been doing the same thing for the past 14 years. I've never, I've never diverted from any industry. I started my apprenticeship training in 2011. Yes, 2011. And from there, I furthered to computer engineering. I started with phone training in 2011. 2011, I did 2011 training course. Then 2013, I went to computer engineering training. Then 2014, I got admission to UNI. Pre-computer science. So while I was admitted, I was still running my office then. It was just where I was practicing. Repair phone, repair laptop. So 2014, 2015, while I was in school. Even while I was in my high school, 2015, I was still practicing. So I never, for a month, let me just say that this year, I launched the new job again. The other thing that I was practicing, I, you know, I tell you the concept. I studied computer science. So I developed software solutions too. I was going around proposals to see if I could sell the product too. But even at that, I still have my store open while I was still practicing. So I can say, I can say consistently, I've been in the same field for the past 14 years. And that's why it's worthy of award. It's impressive. Because a lot of people are struggling even with that. But the fact that you can, you are able to do that, it's something that is noteworthy and can also help other people who might be struggling. And they might decide, okay, I want to start being consistent. It does not necessarily mean that those who are promoting might not, you know, also get to their destinations later. Everybody has their own journey. But then there are people who might, you know, gain something from this. You understand? So it's really noteworthy. It's impressive. We see you, and that is why we brought you on to, you know, my awards day conversation. Thank you so much for your time so far. We've come to the end of, you know, the questions.
